“The SMELL!!! When you walk through the door this nutty Smokey aroma cuddles your olfactory sense and warms your soul as you walk through the two aisles jam packed with delicious foods. I was immediately greeted by Adolfo and he was able to help me find what I had been looking for at another shop, lamb sausage called Merguez that has hirassa seasoning. Bon, the woman behind the counter, also helped me find some more sausages to try. I was given a small piece of smoked sausage to try that was made in house. I will 100% sure to return. I also bought 2 jars of mustard because you need good quality German mustard with the sausages.
Next time I try the bacon and the duck sausage!”

I went in there to browse because I just moved to the area and the people working in the business were very nice and very welcoming. They have a bunch of premade meals and fresh meat that all look delicious!
They also have your basic needs like milk and vegetables. I decided on raviolis and they were great!”

“We ordered a filet mignon roast for the holidays and it was fantastic. It was trimmed beautifully and Mike wrapped it in bacon for us. We actually wound up with 2 roasts. All of our guests said it was the best steak they ever had. Will definitely be ordering again and the price was so reasonable. Can‘t wait to try their other meats.”

“My God. Every once in a while when I'm in the neighborhood I'll stop by and pick up something. I wanted some beans I didn't know what type of meat to put in it. I stopped here the day before and picked up a link just one but saw in the corner of my eye Hammocks didn't purchase it, I said when I'm in the neighborhood again I'll pick it up. That was the next day. Talking about meaty I put it in some beans and I'm cooking it right now.”

“Definitely one of my favorite butcher shops that still like an old school butcher shop where you can get what you want when you want it how you want it, also a great spot for Spanish products in particular Mexican spices, dried chilis and other ingredients that you may not find in a gringo Market! I love the guys at the counter very old school just like the butcher shops that grow up working in and shopping at.
Hopefully this place will be there forever, these types of butcher shops really aren't plentiful anymore. Everything now is pre-packaged cryovac nonsense.”

“This is a Must Eat spot. I've tried the Honey Ham a few years back, and it was Delish ??? I just happened to drive by and stopped to see what's new. Ham & Cheese sliders, heated ? Yum Yum and Yum. They also have the Turkey and cheese, but the Ham calls my name. They have the sliders with a lunch box. You will add this to your Go 2 Lunch. I'll add this spot to my must drive by spots ?? “A local Italian joint out in the DC area sells salami by this place. It took some tracking down, but I'm pretty sure the salami I'm now in love with was made by A&S. It is perhaps some of the best salami in the USA! These guys know their stuff. Love it. You've GOT to try their products if these guys are who I think they are!”

“Great system, you get there and register in. 5 to 10 min wait and you get a message to come in. Butcher shows you the meats with pictures and you choose whatever you want. Saved a lot of money but I have not used any yet so I dont know about the quality yet, it looks good but I don't know yet.”
