Me and my partner had a great experience! Athena was awesome and took care of us very well and the other workers were nice as well. Even when she answered the phone and was helping another guest on there it sounded like she was giving them great service while helping us at the same time. It was great so I would suggest this T-Mobile location if you need any kind of help!

I currently use a service that works off the T-Mobile towers and the service is always good at least in the metropolitan area

Very nasty employees walked in to buy phone they all started staring at me after death stare from the 3 employees one of them said what can I do for you lol I said i wanted inquire about the iPhone 14 on us 4 line package he started selling me other packages told him I’m not interested he started texting someone saying his District manager said the deal I wanted not available no more (lies spoke to T-Mobile before going to the store) said ok good bye went to another T-Mobile store they gave me the deal and waived the activation fee because of the nasty behavior of the T-Mobile store in Carteret stay way from them i normally don’t write reviews these guys are just terrible people

This store is doing fraud, I try to buy a SIM card and they told me the system was down, I past 2 different cards and now I had 4 times the same debit, after one week I received an email from my bank telling me that I buy again!!!!! And is not trueeeeee

I would actually like to give this store zero star. This is the 2nd time I visited this location and their associates deceived me in order to make that sell. In February I walked into this location to upgrade my S21+ to the S22+. I did not realize because I was on the 360 device plan that I had to keep the phone for 12 months and that I had 2 months left. The representative Dayana should have been able to know this since she had to go into my account. The following day reviewed my account and noticed that I was now being charged for 2 devices - the one I turned in and the new one. I called customer service immediately and I was referred back to the store. I went to the store location the next day. I was informed that my original device was already out of the store and referred me back to the customer. I have been going back and forth between customer service and the supposed district manager of the location Steven Tyler. I have spoken to him twice and was informed that it was the store's error and the matter would be resolved. It is now over 1 month. I have his cell phone number and have left several messages with no response. I have been a supposed "loyal" customer for over 15 years. I am disguised with T-Mobile and the location at 835 Roosevelt Ave Plaza 12 Carteret, NJ employees.

Store closed 45 minutes early. Manager still inside wouldn't take my payment. Very rude. My phone is gonna get shut off and than I'm going to Verizon. Not paying anymore fees. My bill would be paid on time if you would fix my account. To many issues to list. Verizon here I come.

Carteret T-Mobile store manager AVERY DAVIS very rude unprofessional person I ever dealed with. Bought a phone and when I asked about return policy the rep said 14 days, the camera quality was really bad so after 6 days when I went to return the phone he said there will be $50 restocking fee. I called T mobile customer service on 3 way calling AVERY DAVIS agreed to take the phone back for full refund, BUT when I went to return the phone he said he never agreed to refund the restocking fee. SO HE IS A BIG LIAR. Employees need more training on how to explain about the return policies. Never ever going back to Carteret T-Mobile store. Highly recommend not going there.

I went in there waiting for almost 30 minutes nobody acknowledged me or my mother, and they didn’t say anything to us or helped us out so we left, this place has bad costumer service.
