I've been to UPS's all around the country. This is the 1st and only store to ever try to charge me $1.50 for a strip of tape on each box. Ridiculous The owner works the store and she is miserable. Good luck if this store is your closest location.

This is by far the best UPS store I have ever been to. We are always greeted with a smile and severed very quickly. The owners are very kind, helpful, and courteous! They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Excellent customer service! I refuse to go to any other UPs store. The employees are always friendly, courteous, and willing to take the time to help me when it’s needed. Convenient location, right in the strip mall. Always parking available. Nothing but good things and if I could give them 10 stars, I would!

More than just shipping. Their service and staff are excellent. They are very efficient and maintain a very clean and sanitary store. They even have engraving and notary available. 5 stars.

I love this place! They work quickly, efficiently and are very friendly. They care about their customers and take their work very seriously.There are never any lines and they always go above and beyond to help. UPS is lucky to have this family owned shop and so is my town!
