I was surprised at how quick and efficient the staff was. Everyone was pleasant, and when I went to pick up my meds at the pharmacy it was there waiting for me. No drama. I like that.

Very efficient. Only drawback is having sick people with germy hands check in on a tablet that clearly is not cleaned after each use. I asked for a cleaner & was told they had none. Gross.
