FLU VACCINE REVIEW- After getting the runaround with our insurance at Walgreen we made an appointment while in the parking lot to get our shots at CVS within 10 mins. They ran our insurance and got registered. They have a capsule where you can go in and wait to get your shot. The pharmacy technician gave us our vaccine (I'm honestly not sure what the rules are around that especially without a pharmacist present). I'm use to needles, but this was probably one of the most painful shots I have gotten in recent memory. The rest of the pharmacy looked like it was clean and well stocked. There's also a minute clinic. The line for the pharmacy was very long!

Slow service. Place is expensive. Cluster mess. Not good customer service. Pharmacy slow and rude. I would not recommend. I guess when you destroy the small competition and are the only one to get stuff from you can act like this.

Pharmacist Patel Has for The Past 2 years Always Had an Issue with me Using Good RX coupons for my One prescription. Example If I had a Coupon for $50 for 10ml he would try to Sell me 1ml Multiplied by 10 for $80 every single Time, even though He HAD BOTH in stock.Always Telling me My insurance Should Pay for this Even though I tried and it was NOT approved and Will NEVER be approved by My insurance. So EVERY ten weeks This Beta Woke Sissy Will continuously Complicate My drop off, refill and pick up process as if He Has His Hands In the pocket of Every upsell He Atempts.Knowing Who I Am And That Ive gotten the Same prescription every 10 weeks (late because he refuses to fill pending insurance approval that will NEVER HAPPEN )so I have to Go In person and explain Im paying with cash and coupon AS ALWAYS,I specifically told Him My medical report sent By my Dr. in an Atempt to prove medical neccecitty so They will Pay for The prescription was Denied By The insurance company and They Said it is NOT medically necessary so They can Avoid approving payment,Which Is WHY I always pay cash,But This Fool litterally and PURPOSELY Changed my words Saying Outloud "oh So you dont need this prescription and its NOT medically necessary, so Im going to call your Dr. and Tell them"! This D*** INCOMPETENT beta Male Called the Dr who Litterally just wrote the prescription for me And atempted to change my words and Lie right over the phone saying I said I do not medically need the script, when He Absolutely understood I was explaining as I always do Every 10 weeks that the Insurance company will NOT approve Paying for the Script But I will as Usual. To have him Obnoxiously call my Dr to PURPOSELY Lie and atempt to prevent me from Getting My medically necessary medication and or just to Make me wait longer and Abuse His position and Waste EVERYONES time,Not This Guy Patel. You need to Know your place ..Always An issue With Him But sadly Every OTHER Pharmacist has helped me without ANY issues Ever.Only Him.And he has to stick his Nose in to PURPOSELY complicate my Visit Each and every time even if Someone else is helping Me..Scared little Impotent man made Threats this last time only to Call the cops and Cower like a Little scared Girl when I met his threats with a harsh Reality.Alpha Not Beta Mr Patel.Know Your Place.Do Your Job.

What the heck CVS in Cedar Grove!! My senior mother called to get perceptions mailed due to Covid-19 and they told her she had to go online to do this. This turned into an almost three hour odessesy of me talking to 6 employees of the home office and the store and being stone walled by the online system over and over and over. Finally someone from the home office said...Oh they can have their prescriptions mailed if they have a credit card on file. They have had a card at the store for 10 years!!! It was finally rectified by an employee after I brought it to her attention. No apology or acknowledgment from her sent me completely off the rails. Shame on the pharmacy for putting an 85 year old on a crazy journey ( and her family trying to solve it) when you could have handled in it 2 seconds initially CVS.

It is a constant wait for pick up, a constant barrage of requests for pickup and renewal, 90 day refill to find the prescription is returned. It’s a money seeking scam and has nothing to do with quality patient care. The store is dirty looking and the pharmacy staff just look at you with a blank stare. In addition, the cost for a prescription is more than other local pharmacies.

The minute clinic is the worse! Sit for 2.5 hours to be told can’t be seen because she saw 22 pts already. It was 30 minutes prior to their closing time.

Just moved to the area, so far not impressed. My 2 prescriptions that I've never had issues filling are all of a sudden becoming an issue to fill. The pharmacy staff doesn't seem to research issues fully before making suggestions.

Horrible service from the minute clinic! My boyfriend Walked in at 7:05 and started to sign in when the staff on site came out and said that she was leaving and her last appointment is at 7. Prior to driving the additional 25.minutes he checked The website which states the clinic closes at 7:30 pm. He also did his due diligence and called ahead to double check the time matches. He was not told that the staff would be leaving early and expected the level of service that when a Business states it will be open they will because a client arrived within the appropriate time. Nurse said sorry but she leaves at that time. After workingaall day sick this was the time he was available to go and he thought the most convenient.

The pharmacist is VERY RUDE person. He yelled at my friend and i when we drop and pick up prescription. I feel that he is very racist. That guy should not work there at all or any other place. When we went to drop off medication in the afternoon, he dismissed my friends question and was very unhelpful. We waited to pick up our medication, since we didnt hear his name over the intercom, i went up to the counter to ask if it is ready, and then the pharmacist started to yell at us, saying we called you and it was waste of your time waiting. Clearly we did not hear his name over the intercom. The pharmacist was just very exptremely rude... he should get fired being a racist.

Literally the only CVS Pharmacy on this planet where the employees and pharmacist are kind, helpful and actually WORK! Very Impressive! It’s really incredible!

Staff is rude, treats customers like they're stupid, acts all high and mighty. Also their checkout machines allegedly break if you put coins in them even though they have coin slots for coins. So yeah, this place is not very good. The staff watches you like hawks and they follow you around. This place sucks, go to Walgreens or Costco instead or even Target because this CVS is trash.

Made an appointment as usually. Showed up at kiosk and signed in. Board showed 0 min left to wait for 25 min which was very unusual. We knocked on door. No answer. Tried calling the cvs minute clinic customer service line we were on hold for a half hour with no direction. This was a total waste of time. Pulling an ill person from their bed for this appt. cvs should do a better job letting patients know if they are closed by sending them a message and notifying the store manager as well. Three other patients were on line behind me as well.
