Absolutely appalling experience. The moment I stepped into this plumbing place, I was met with aggressive behavior and blatant sexism. The staff seemed to have an issue with me being a woman, treating me as if I didn't belong there. Not only was their attitude unwelcoming, but their lack of professionalism was staggering. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially not to fellow women who deserve respect and fair treatment.

I'm not sure why the floor staff is consistently nasty, but they are! Could not have been less helpful. Nice store but wow! Just wow!

Needed to get a new kitchen faucet. Went to Singac and talked with Bill Ramirez. Because of some unique needs, finding the best faucet was a challenge. Bill did the research, followed up quickly with a couple of recommendations. Prices were good, Bill was super helpful and very easy to do business with. Highly recommend Singac and Bill Ramirez.

Fabulous business. Knowledgeable staff. Consistently available to answer any questions I had. Provided all supplies ahead of time, helping remind me of my own deadlines. Vinnie even tracked down an item I wanted that they do not carry!

Wanted to write this review to talk about my experience this morning. The tail piece to my dishwasher/sink snapped on Christmas. We first went to Home Depot because it was the only store open the day after Christmas but they didn’t not have the correct part. This morning the gentleman with the glasses quickly found the part and even cut it to size. Really appreciate his help and advice. I was able to replace the part in 10 minutes myself and saved hundreds of dollars by not having to call a plumber. Highly recommend.

What a horrible place! Ordered plumbing for new shower and faucet and it took 7 weeks to get. I had made several calls to my salesman But he made it seem like this was normal. Complained to manager, he asked why I didn't speak to him sooner. Then lied about giving me a discount. He ordered it from build.com! Next time that's what I will do because I would get it and pay less. Unless you have money and time to waste I would avoid this place.

We've used Singac Supply for years. They helped us with several kitchen and bath designs from beginning to end. They're professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. I give them a 5 out of 5!

Waited at counter for 20 minutes while employee has a conversation with customer which is very rude. They dont carry alot and prices are very high. I will take my business elsewhere. They loose $50,000 a year

Sold me a defective shower pan at full price of $500 plus. It's taking me over two months to get them to resolve the situation and he keeps saying it's on the top of his list and he's working on it but I don't understand the holdup. I went to them because I trusted the price would match the quality but clearly that's not the way it works here.

Great experience! Allen took his time with us and explained all of the different options for the many manufacturers that they carry. Made our bathroom remodel a pleasure! Definitely will go back again!
