“On 1/2/26, we noticed that our five-year-old dog, Lexi, wasn’t herself and that something seemed off. We took her to our veterinarian at Willowbrook Animal Hospital in Fairfield, NJ, where she was seen by Dr. Ilka Bott-Wentworth (Dr. BW). After examining Lexi, Dr. BW told us that she had injured her back. She prescribed medication and advised us to monitor her closely.
By 1/6/26, we noticed that Lexi had begun dragging her back right paw. We immediately reached out to Dr. BW, who recommended that we take her to Eclipse Emergency Hospital. Throughout this time, Dr. BW constantly checked on Lexi and truly went above and beyond her duties as a veterinarian. She also communicated with Eclipse Hospital and checked on Lexi. Dr. BW spoke with the doctors there to see how she was doing.
I would highly recommend our veterinarian, Dr. Ilka Bott-Wentworth. If it weren’t for her quick action and dedication, Lexi could have been paralyzed if we had waited. The care and love she showed Lexi were truly above and beyond expectations. We will forever be indebted to Dr. BW. ?”

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoskin for a little over a year now, since she worked at a previous facility. She started taking care of my Frenchie when he was only about 10 weeks old. It was a no brainer to follow her when she started working at Wayne animal hospital. I cannot put into words how much of a relief it is, as a pet owner, to have a vet you wholeheartedly trust. She is one of the most kind, compassionate and caring people I have ever met. She treats my Duke with so much love. He gets excited every time he goes to the vet, because he loves her so much. She is always honest with me about treatment and pricing. This is my first time owning a pet on my own, and she’s had to deal with me coming in for every little thing and she always validates my worries and eases my anxiety, every single time.
