Been coming here for many years. And even moving from the area. I still travel to keep my same doctor. The staff here is really friendly and takes your concerns seriously. They get you checked in fast and seen by the doctor. The doctors treat your concerns or refer you to a specialist when necessary. They make your visit relaxing and you leave knowing everything will be OK.

as an employee beware a horrible disgusting practice ever you can go to and be a patient. been a patient here for 9 years and so happy i am leaving as a patient. first lets start the staff are so rude and not professional including the staff in the back the staff lies and needs to be retrained i think the hospital should step in and do yearly reviews on every single person they have there as a employee and make some surprise visits to see how the practice is run and be uncovered. i know one thing that i am reporting this practice to the hospital higher up than this doctor office.the practice does not care about their patients they talk about them and its really nasty and this practice should be ashamed of their selves.

I went to this office as a new patient. I went for a physical check up. The doctor wanted to know me as I was a new patient. She asked me brunch of questions of my well being and I answer her back. I have a great insurance plan that I am pretty happy with. 2 weeks later I received a Bill for $125 from the office. My doctor was Dr Meghan Pillai. I was shocked why I received a bill for physical check-up since it is 100 percent cover by the insurance. So I called the office and wanted to know about the charges. The billing lady had no idea and she told me I should not get a bill for my annual physical visit.I was told this case will be solved. 3 weeks later I again received the same bill. I called my insurance Company and they received two different billing codes. One for physical well being and the other for body Mass index. My insurance had paid $247 dollars and the rest $125 i have to pay out of pocket. I was in shock how a docter can charge for asking me questions. I called the office and told them I refuse to pay. I was not informed by my doctor that she will bill me for answer her questions about my well being. I refuse to pay and I will never step in this office again. This office will make sure totrick you to bill you for other stuff that you never asked for. Daylight robbery.

I've been going to her for many years, but in recent years have had many separate issues with extremely rude staff, and even one extremely rude doctor. Moving my family to another practice.

Great Doctors office! Dr. James Gibbions is my primary doctor and definitely recommend him! Definitely friendly and well spoken and is honest and fair!
