“Randolph pharmacy is a gem for our town. Pros versus CVS.
- I’m able to reach them through text and phone quickly unlike CVS.
-They offer free delivery of medications. Saves a lot of time. Shout out to the delivery drivers who have long days to make sure we get our medications.
- Friendly service.
- Stocks difficult to find medications. I initially went to them because CVS made little effort to find one of my medications.
Con:
- Not open on Sundays. Everyone here works hard so I understand their need for a day off. I work around this. Only exception is when there is an urgent need for a medication on a Sunday.
Been a happy customer and I hope Randolph pharmacy continues providing the community with excellent service.”

“I'm a truck driver for Weis Markets. Each driver has stores they hate going to, and stores that are great to deliver to. I think my favorite store to deliver to is #214 in Binghamton, NY. The receiver there is Dan Ritzman. Going to see Dan is almost like going to a family reunion. Dan takes the time to learn your name, and to ask you how you're doing. I wish there were more guys like Dan in our system.”
“I love this place. They have everything you need and you never really have to wait. I always felt sorry for the people working at Walgreens while the line got 10 or 20 people deep sometimes. Towne is a smaller operation and they’re so knowledgeable. I was looking for something over-the-counter and the pharmacist/owner came out to help me look. He’s just very hands-on and really cares. I would definitely check it out. They also deliver to a pretty wide area so give a call and see if they can help you.”

“Very friendly staff. Store is always help very clean and the prepared foods are fresh and very tasty. I ordered about 10 subs ahead of time and every part of each custom order was correct. The prices are comparable to some of the better chains and a bit more expensive than other places. The subs are huge and the value is worth it.”

I was specifically referred to Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy #13755 by my physician, who highly recommended it as the best in the area. I wholeheartedly agree with that assessment! The pharmacist and his team truly exemplify excellence in customer service. They are attentive, caring, friendly, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Despite being a busy pharmacy, they processed my special prescription with remarkable care and precision. I received thorough instructions on how to administer my medication, which was incredibly helpful. The priority overnight shipment via FedEx ensured I received everything promptly.
This was my second order, as I unfortunately mishandled the first one by not refrigerating it. When I spoke to the pharmacist for assistance, he immediately processed a new order and arranged for it to be FedEx shipped overnight. Thanks to his prompt action, I didn't miss a single dose.
This pharmacy embodies the warm, personal touch reminiscent of the family drug stores that once flourished in the USA. It truly should serve as a model for every pharmacy out there.

“Definitely a place to visit. Paterson was known as the Silk capital and many of the machines used are on display. There were 2 new exhibits when I visited. The Negro league who played at Hinchcliffe stadium and the midget racing photos showing the famous drivers at Hinchcliffe stadium. Definitely a place I would recommend!”
“WOW. JUST WOW. I have never in my 38 years of coming here ever had an issue with the staff, products, or prices. They have always had such reasonable prices since everything is so expensive these days (especially other stores)! The gifts here are always what I am looking for, and the gift wrapping always looks very neat and elegant. The lady with the blonde hair may seem harsh on the outside, but she is one of the most hardworking, and helpful workers in the store! They are not only accommodating in store, but also over the phone, no matter how busy they may be. The chocolate case right up front is absolutely irresistable! It tastes like heaven, especially the chocolate graham crackers! My favorite part of all is the cards, which are now all 50% off...best addition ever.
