“The pharmacist at this site has the utmost customer service. I was dealing with some insurance cost/pricing issues and called to help get clarification and just some general guidance. The pharmacist went above and beyond and told me that they will help me figure this out and I know they truly meant that - they even offered to hop on a 3-way call with me and my insurance to get everything straightened out! I know time is valuable for everyone so even the offer was so appreciated. When i got my prescription, they even applied a coupon to my copay to make it $0. I do not find that kind of service in many places and am thankful. The kindness and compassion is 10/10 and their pharmacy service is 10/10. Truly I am so thankful and would recommend this pharmacist to anyone.”

“Weiss is an amazing supermarket because it has variety, quality, and reasonable prices. They have their own brand of sodas and they are much cheaper than the big brands and taste the same. There are big savings if you obtain a Weiss membership card and you scan it before paying. In addition, depending where you live, you can have Weiss groceries or anything delivered to your door if you buy from them at Amazon Groceries. A+!”

I had just come from a wisdom tooth extraction and was in severe pain. Despite being close to the 7:00 PM closing time, he didn't make me wait or ask me to come back the next day. He told me to have a seat and handled it right then and there. His professionalism and empathy made a huge difference in a very difficult moment. This is exactly what excellent healthcare looks like.”
“The CVS in Livingston has an awesome crew. The employees there provide friendly, helpful and professional customer service. They go out of their way to assist customers with whatever they need whether it is at the register or in the store aisles. I always have a good experience there. Today Matt was behind the register and he went to get me a cart to put my larger items in. He always has a positive attitude and a willingness to offer customers a positive experience. Given the time sensitivity to the medication I needed, I was growing more concerned on if receive it in time. In the 11th hour, Ruqaiyah came to the rescue, provided options on how I could get my medication in time. Ruqaiyah went above and beyond, and ensured my medication would be sent that evening, even though the window for order fulfillment was quickly closing.
