“I needed a replacement blower motor for an ancient Burnham furnace and couldn't find a suitable replacement online or at Granger that I could get in a reasonable amount of time. Wish I hadn't wasted time shopping around and had stopped at Hanover Supply in Chatham in the first place. Mitchell happily sourced me a compatible motor, and had it brought in from its off-site location in about an hour. Fast forward to the next day and now my grandmother is living comfortably and enjoying her central air conditioning once again. Couldn't ask for a more efficient and satisfying experience. Thank you, Hanover Supply!”

“Wish I could give this place 10 stars! I ordered composite deck boards from them back in November. They were so friendly and helpful! I immediately felt comfortable asking all my questions. They were very accommodating with working around my schedule for delivering the materials. The delivery was very professional and organized. I was impressed! Not a drop and run like some places. The deck still looks great months later! I can't recommend this place enough! And be sure to say hi to Sox, the store cat, when you stop by!”

“Though we haven’t personally used this company yet, their customer service is exceptional. I was trying to quickly find a front door for my house in order to get the project done quickly when Lowe’s cancelled my order unexpectedly. Brian answered my call and went out of his way to check their stock for something similar and called me back promptly. He even followed up later in the day to provide me with more information and options. In the end my contractor was able to get the door elsewhere for me. Now I know where to go for our next project- thanks Brian!”

“It's a typical Home Depot. They seemed a bit short staffed so, I just googled for reviews on products that I could select from. I didn't see staff roaming but, we know how corporate tries to save money. Could've gone to the customer service desk for assistance but I'm fine with Google.”

The woman who was working there was very knowledgeable and helpful, steering us to both best value and best products for our painting project. “The men who installed the counter top and backslash were not customer friendly but did a good job. However, I had asked for the corners to be rounded and this was not done. The company sent Ricardo to round off the corners. He was fantastic. The work was done in a very short time, all neat and clean. He was customer friendly and professional.”

“This store is always clean and easy to find people to help. There is one employee in particular who helps at the self checkout area. We have encountered her a few times and she is always on top of it when the self checkout machine inevitably has an error. Most other stores I go to with self checkout don't have people nearby who are ready to help as quickly and efficiently as this woman is.”
