“Nick is so helpful when it comes to choosing a paint and color from about 4000 shades of paint! I was going in circles for months over selecting a paint color so my room was at a halt but when I finally went for help with a sample of laminate in hand it took about 15 minutes for Nick's sharp eye to see the colors that work best with it and give me a choice of 2 to work with (1 dark and 1 light). He's amazing! I wont go anywhere but Ricciardi Brothers in the future!”

“We had originally looked at another company and then I contacted Tristan from Breslow who walked me through a whole zoom presentation and a full mockup of what the pergola would look like. We decided to go with Breslow over other companies due to service after the buildout, customer service and reliability. Lastly and most important track record and who has used them in our area before. Nelson was their lead project on site manager who made sure the job ran smoothly. The job was efficiently done. Nelson led the team of guys. There were minor hiccups but all was resolved with constant communication. The pergola looks fabulous but the customer service from Breslow is superb!!! “I'm glad I used Google to find this location. My husband only want to use Benjamin Moore paint and this location has the paint and all the extras that you will need. I parked in the front but there is even more parking spaces in the back. The staff was friendly. The lady that helped me did everything from getting the paint, ringing me up and even brought the two 5 gallons of paint directly to the car and placed them inside ?. She lifted the gallons up effortlessly.
When I got home I thought I could do the same thing.
No!
My neighbors Ring camera probably recorded my struggle. ? I will let the contractor remove the remaining gallon from the car.”

I didn’t use it, and brought it back almost a year later, along with a sample of my existing paint, and they matched it most excellently without any additional charge. Staff is excellent. Very helpful advising on types of paint for each project. You can walk in with a random nut or bolt and Walther knows exactly what you need to pair up with it. So if some say the pricing is a little higher than going to the “bigger” stores, the service and convenience is well worth it. Who has the extra hour or two to drive to a highway store, and then wander around with no one to help you, only to stand in a long checkout line? Village hardware is the gem of downtown Chatham
And if you bring your “friendly
well behaved” dog, the staff will give it a milkbone.
