372 Green Village Rd, Green Village“We renewed a passport for my daughter and made a new one for my son across two appointments. The staff at this post office was absolutely amazing. We were late once and forgot a document once and both times they helped us work through our issues and found time to squeeze us in between other appointments. Of course we had to wait for a gap between customers but that’s totally understandable. The other customers being helped for packages and stamps etc also seemed pretty content with their experience.I wish we lived in Chatham (we are over in the next town) so I could use this post office more often:)”
“Best post office around! The ladies who work here defy the USPS reputation of having mean employees. Always cheerful and helpful! So happy to have this as my local Post Office”

611 Chestnut St, Union“Another thumbs up for Ray. I’m lucky to live a few blocks from this post office so I’m in pretty regularly, and I’ve never seen him be anything but pleasant and helpful.”
“I literally drive out of the way to come to this post office simply because of one person, EVANS. This lovely man is so polite and made both my sister and I’s experience for new passport and renewal passport such a pleasant experience.”

1003 Washington Ave, Green Brook“My trips to USPS are always in-and-out, and I like it that way. This small post office helps me do that. The lady at the service desk is super friendly and on top of things.”
“This post office is awesome. Never any wait time, and the service is excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I love using this post office for all my mailing and shipping needs.”
“Jaison is the only reason this location runs smoothly and he is the only reason I go to this post office. He is patient, even-keeled, and efficient. He can handle LONG lines without a hiccup and because of his professionalism, customers in turn, are happy to return. Jaison is a rare find in the postal industry and I want him to know he is appreciated.”

1767 Springfield Ave Ste 2, Maplewood“Ms Karen is the best postal service worker in whole state of New Jersey!!!! She is polite, professional, efficient! I love her! I wish we had more workers like her in other post offices ?. And trust me I've been to many, they are always so rude, slow and have the worst attitude.”
8:30AM - 5PM
202 Center St, Garwood“We have lived here for 9 years & adjacent town for 30 years...we love THIS post office! The staff are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Parking is easy, driveway mailbox easy to drop off esp helpful in inclement weather. Best post office around”
“Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.”
“The people that work here are so nice , patient and helpful. However, the parking is the worst. Not sure why the cafe next store is still allowed to block off two spots for pick up. Its a county road I wonder how that is ok? I'm sure the dog groomer would love her own blocked off spots for drop off and pick up too. Covid is still here but the pick up panic is over.”
“Best USPS in the area. Only strange part is when the lot is full and the post office is empty. Maybe Dunkin Donuts customers parked there? Going to miss Glen. Happy Retirement to him!”
“Quick and easy service. Carl was very pleasant. My favorite feature though were the automatic doors. Every post office needs them! It was so easy walking in with heavy packages to drop off. Five stars all round!”

364 Springfield Ave, Berkeley Heights“In all honesty, I only ever come in here to buy stamps, but I've found that the people behind the counter are invariably friendly and helpful, and the lines have never been very long (at least that's been my experience so far). The parking situation is the only down side, and can be confusing if you're not from the area. You have to pull into the shopping center (or strip mall; I'm not sure which it would "technically" qualify as), travel 1-way past the Dunkin Donuts (used to be a Boston Market) and a few other stores, and then pull into whatever available space you can find. Pulling in isn't so much the problem as backing out, as the cars that are coming in tend to do so at a high rate of speed. Then again, I've become a timid driver in my old age.Sometimes I'll park on the less crowded side of the (small) shopping center in order to avoid that potential hazardous pitfall.Pulling back out onto Springfield Ave. can be a pain in the neck too. You can only pull out in one direction, which is not the direction that takes me home. A relatively minor annoyance, though, when I consider how quickly and painlessly I'm able to buy my postage stamps. And, on a side note, whatever happened to the Wanted posters that used to hang from post office walls? I never recognized any of the thugs, desperadoes, terrorists, bank robbers or felonious maniacs pictured on them, but I always derived a certain morbid entertainment value from perusing them. I guess "America's Most Wanted" on TV made them obsolete? Inquiring minds want to know...If I happen to be in the area, this is the post office I prefer to patronize.I can't speak for their mail delivery, or how adeptly they handle incoming packages, or how well they process money orders, etc.But if you're interested only in buying stamps, this place is very highly recommended.”
“Smoothest experience I've ever had a post office in the US. Jamila was incredibly helpful and professional in processing my passport application. She deserves a raise!”
“I go to the Lake Hiawatha Post Office, even though I live in the next town. The employees are friendly and professional. I especially want to compliment Michelle.. Actually, she is the main reason why I go to that post office. She is truly a unique human being, always with a smile and a hello, and wishes the customers a good day with her, “Have a lovely,”Her expertise is quite evident, and I am so fortunate that she works there. “Normally love the Postal Service, excellent workers very hard job. Lately, the last few weeks, we haven’t been having our mail picked up (twice), we have mail going out every day.”
“I’ve been going to usps for close to 6 years now. The staff are very helpful. They answer questions patiently and are very welcoming. Most of the times I was there, Meena was the one who worked with me and she is simply amazing.”
“Nice place. Usually not crowded and staff are always happy to help.Maybe some issues with parking, especially if you need to drop a heavy package inside (it's only a few parking spots in front of the entrance which always occupied even if no people inside).”

“i had no experience with the post office before and when i went the workers were super friendly and very easy to talk to and i can happily send my package without any problems”
“I always have a good experience when I use this post office. Packages seem to be delivered promptly to wherever I might be sending them. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I am very lucky that this little post office is nearby, and it is rarely crowded. I rarely see more than two other patrons.”

187 Columbia Turnpike Ste 15, Florham Park“I needed to set up a PO box and forward and Mary was so helpful. Not only did I watch as she engaged in friendly conversation with 3 other customers in front of me, she was so kind and patiently walked me through the process. Such a lovely soul.”
“One of the friendliest post offices I’ve been to. The lines aren’t terrible - if there are any - and the staff is helpful. They go over all shipping options and are engaging with my young children who tag along.”

“Single best post office I have ever seen. Friendly staff. They seem to actually care and take pride in there job. Blows away the Chatham post office. The postmaster, Jerry runs this place to perfection. Couldn't recommend highly enough. So amazing and above and beyond”
