Special thanks to Jay for not only filling my tank but helping me fill my tires. I have a 900 mile drive leaving tomorrow, and the tire light suddenly popped up on my dashboard. Now I'm ready to roll.

The person working didn't wear a mask, and when we asked why not he shrugged his shoulders and ignored the question.

My car broke down and I had to leave it there and they took care of it as a priority so I could Drive on. I was not local yet they took such good care of me and fixed my car with a bunch of recommendations for things I needed to do when I got home. They were so helpful and friendly. They did a lot of work and didn’t over charge me and they didn’t cut any corners. Thorough and great

Last Sunday my husband and I rushed out of the house in order to get our entire family to a Christmas tree farm photo shoot on time. The farm is located about an hour away from our home and during the drive our gas light went on. That's when my husband realized he forgot his wallet at home (which is so rare) and that I didn't bring my purse (which is not so rare). We were able to get to the farm with 6 miles left until empty. After the photos we stopped at the nearest gas station and asked if they accept Apple Pay. The kind gentleman said no they don't. Panic set in. We had four kids in the car, including a 2 year old. It was now dark. I asked if I could call my mother-in-law to read my credit card number to me by phone. He said not to worry...that he will give me $10 worth of gas and I could mail him the money during the week. Without me asking this extremely kind man pumped $20 of gas into my car and allowed me to get my family home safely. Mr. Farag Mahazam is the employee at the gas station that literally saved my family from being stranded on a Sunday evening. His act of kindness will forever be remembered and appreciated. Thank you so much Sir! God bless!

Brian (the mechanic) and frank (gas attendant) are such great guys!!! I had a flat tire one night around 10 pm and the gas attendant frank came to help me fill it up. He was such a sweet man! After realizing I needed a whole new tire, he immediately called Brian that night and scheduled an appointment for me to come in the next morning. I met Brian and had an awesome experience. Brian basically runs the whole shop. (Answers phones/ ordering materials) and probably much more all while working on the cars that are in. He was super down to earth and got everything I needed done in such a quick manner. Constantly kept me updated through out the whole process. From ordering my tires quickly, to putting my spare in back in the trunk we're it actually belonged...( instead of thrown in there which has happened to me in the past) he was great!! I also want to mention that I do faithfully go to another auto repair shop that I trust but since it was this was such a last-minute inconvenience I gave it a shot and will absolutely come back to the shop because of the customer service! Couldn't wait to review these guys, I hope shell keeps them for a long time!

I had my tires changed here in April, and Brian could not have been more accommodating, professional and timely in servicing my car in under an hour. Will be having all my servicing done here from now on.

You're on the outskirts of Chatham. The price is going to be higher than other areas, so I'll accept that. Never had a problem, always quick with the service. What you expect for a gas station and if you get whay you expect at a gas station it deserves 5 stars.

Employee was rude to me. I asked him to fill the tank. When he stopped the pump, I looked at the price and saw it was $30.38. I didn't notice him turn it back on to bump it up to $30.50 and gave him exact change for the $30.38. He brought it inside to the register before counting it and when he realized, he came out and instead of politely pointing out the problem said "This is $30.38. What school did you go to?" (I still didn't know the actual total, so I had no clue what he was talking about.) He came over to the driver side window and said "It's $30.50 and you gave me $30.38." I began counting out the remainder, but he walked away and returned to the register, so I started to leave. He seemed annoyed but then waved me off. It's not like I had a problem with paying twelve cents more... there was no reason for him to be so rude about a misunderstanding. I won't go to this gas station again.

Attendant flat out refused to give me a receipt for a cash purchase, which I need for work/tax purposes. I've been going to this particular shell for awhile, and I've never had this problem before. If you absolutely need proof of your purchase, steer clear of this shell station.

This Shell is also known as Tire Tech & Auto Repair Centers. Qadeer, owner, has been running the gas part of the business since Feb. 2017 and the garage since Nov. 2017. He and his brother run four locations. I was first impressed by Yusuf last month who was super helpful and volunteered to check tire pressure on all four of my tires on a very cold day. Today, I had a nail in my tire and Yusuf made quick work of it, finding and patching the tire. He also helped me replace a parking light bulb. Qadeer told me that he renovated the office and overhauled the garage. The garage is spotless and well organized. Qadeer encouraged me to watch Yusuf work on the tire so I could see how to patch a tire. My experience was excellent, and I'll definitely go back.
