So I went in and asked them to do my roots (which means even out the color to what was previously there). I have had my hair color done at this location before so I assumed since I wasnt asked that they had the information. When it was complete, the stylist asked me how I liked it (as they didnt have my color information on file and she “winged it.” She ended up just dying the color of my roots to the roots, so what I needed was not done. I have rehearsal in about an hour so I couldnt have it fixed then. I am going to come in this week for this to be fixed and I should not be charged for it

I don't think the stylist was custom to cutting this texture of hair, first and last time. She couldn't get the hair line straight. I feel as if if she couldn't do it she should have said so. I should have read the reviews ?

Ivy is the best. No matter what you need, she does it, even if you cut your hair yourself. She makes sure your hair looks great, no matter what. She is very personable and it is just so nice to have her take of my hair issues. None better!!!
