I am astounded by the immaculate cleanliness and beauty of the building. As I explored the premises, I couldn’t help but wonder how such an immaculate state of maintenance is achieved. Julisa and Ali exuded boundless energy and positivity. My aunt and I left Westy with radiant smiles. This remarkable place is a testament to their exceptional management skills.

Ally was AMAZING. So helpful and knowledgeable about the storage process. She really guided us and had answers for all of our many questions. From the first contact on the phone thru many back and forth to storage, she was incredibly kind helpful and reassuring. You are a very lucky company to have her as an employee. She genuinely cares and always smiling.

This is the nicest & cleanest public storage facility I’ve ever seen. The manager there is lovely. (I assume she’s the manager- she’s been lovely to work with each time). I can’t give a higher recommendation for this facility!

My husband and I rented a unit at Westy in Chatham, NJ for two years and had an amazing experience. The staff, building, unit, cleanliness was top notch. If you need a unit that is temperature controlled, this is for you. We would highly recommend Westy!

If you are like me, you may not be expecting much in terms of customer service from a storage facility, but the staff at Westy in Chatham showed me how wrong that I could be! I have been a platinum member of multiple airlines and hotels, and NEVER have I received better customer service and worked with a more courteous, helpful, and caring group of people! I will never consider a different storage facility from Westy in Chatham for any of my future needs!!! Hands down, the uncontested BEST!!!

Really exceptional customer service. Everyone at the front desk is wonderful, going above and beyond to make the process to move in and out of the storage units very seamless. It was our first time using a storage service and we were very pleased with our experience at Westy. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area. Highly recommend!!! I am very service oriented so when I find companies that value their customers/clients I have to acknowledge. The team at Westy is wonderful! Knowledgeable, happy to see you, helpful, and courteous. Mary Ellen McNeils is so lovely and there to help you! Ingrid is a delight as well. If you need storage in Chatham or outside of NJ, Westy is the place to go.
