A bunch of kids running the store. Horrible customer service from 2 members, 1 was really nice but unfortunately gave me incorrect information. The staff are friends with the manager so no help from management when the situation was escalated. Immediately returned everything, spending my money for poor service doesn’t sit right with me

i came on black friday, very busy day, and the cashier, toni, was so so sweet! she was such a nice worker especially on such a stressful day, definitely deserves more praise for her patience and customer service!!

Employees complaining about their work day loud enough on the sales floor for customers to hear. Asked about something, employee answered rudely and seemed annoyed. Not professional at all.
