My fianceé went to go do some returns 10 days before our wedding yesterday. The associate told him it was a month ago that our return window closed… heh… it was a month ago that I purchased it. Someone must have had some trouble with their SATs… anyway, he drove back today and was able to successfully do the returns. Perhaps Abercrombie is hiring based on looks and not competence..

The staff has always been friendly, however, the merchandising of the store needs help. Very little variation in items and styles for women, and a huge section dedicated to YPB and kids. Seems like a waste of space when they don’t carry any skirts at all or many of the more popular items online. I end up buying most items online and visiting the store for returns. Exchanges are mostly impossible, as there are very few styles available in store.

was not really nice.My child threw up here and she won't let us use the bathroom .She saw everything and still didn't let us use the bathroom.There was another employee I didn't get her name but was really nice to us.

This store needs some help! The staff, when you can locate them, aren’t friendly or helpful. The women’s side of the store is usually very disorganized. There are only a couple of dressing rooms for the entire store and there’s usually a long line. I know how hard it is to work retail, but this store is missing the basics.

New remodel really made this store great again, I hope it stays stocked and beautiful! Expensive but clearance had good deals, just not a lot of size range. Not many promotions and rewards program is below average. But good quality product makes up for it. Very few fitting rooms, so I purchased without trying on. Young blonde gentleman that was greeting that day was really great and friendly checked in on me 3 times during my visit and assisted what I was looking for. Thank you!

There’s only 5 dressing rooms for the entire store (men’s and women’s), it wasn’t even busy in there and I waited 20 minutes to try stuff on. Lots of items sold out in most common sizes. Sizing wasn’t consistent and ended up walking out empty handed. Lastly, items that are on sale on the website are full price in the store, pretty disappointing.

Drove all the way to Cherry Hill to return something at Abercrombie in order to avoid the $7 return shipping fee. Turns out they are closed for a remodel but nobody thought to put that on their Google page. I wish I saw the last review that basically said the same thing - such a waste of time

Sweatshirt was damaged in the sleeve/armpit, and it's not wearable. Couldn't help me, didn't seem to care. Just cheaper products than they used to be.
