Kori provided excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in he was attentive he helped he gave ideas. I came in with two different outfits for two different events and he helped me pick out shoes for the event. He was patient. He was kind his customer service was exemplary. He went above and beyond he has excellent customer service.

Chris, the manager, exhibited exemplary customer service to me the other day. When I did a return and a price adjustment the week before, I notice I was not refunded for the returned item. I was able to verify everything and Chris took the time to look up the transaction history in the system and corrected the error. I was so thrilled that she understood and was so patient and kind during the process. I told her I thought I was going to have to call my credit card to dispute the charge, but Chris took care of it and did so with such kindness and grace. Very grateful for her professional demeanor. Hard to find these days.

Every time I visit Aldo, I’m helped by Andy and he’s truly the best! Andy always takes the time to help me find the perfect shoes for my outfit, and somehow manages to give me a confidence boost too. On my most recent visit, I was in a rush looking for shoes for a photoshoot happening in an hour, and Deya also stepped in to help. They both made the experience quick, stress-free, and fun! They made me feel so confident with my last-minute choice I walked out ready to take on my shoot. Amazing customer service every time! This extra care keeps me coming back to Aldo.

Jeanette was so warm and welcoming! She didn’t hesitate to resolve my issue, I had the day before with KOP! Corey thank you for listening to me when I called on Saturday. This store is hand down a 100 plus on customer service! Thank you! I will definitely be back!

GO TO ANDY! He will get you right! He helped me coordinate my last minute outfit and pick the perfect pair of shoes to match! He also added non-slip pads to my shoes bc he heard I was going to a concert and after party and knew it was gonna get crazy. I was standing & dancing all night ?

Me and my partner went in for a pair of shoes and a bag. The salesperson Janette was so so helpful in helping to pick out the right shoes and purse to match. They didn’t have my size but she made sure she ordered them and walked us through the process. The staff was friendly and attentive. We HIGHLY recommend shopping here!! 10/10
