Excellent customer experience working with Ren. He gets to know his clients. We had a very helpful introductory meeting . The platform to upload material is seamless. Ren went over my returns in detail. He answers all your questions promptly , listens carefully so you do not have to repeat yourself. Filed my returns rather early which I love. I wish I started working with him a long time ago.
