Angela did terrible work on my lashes
As soon i came out of the salon they started falling off by just blinking THEY WOULD FALL OFF NON STOP until they were all gone by less then a week .
Also they scam you on the website with FAKE deals the website said full lash set for 99$ and eyebrows for free i went there she asked me for 120 for only the lashes and she said they dont do eyebrows!!!!
Then why putting a fake deal on the website.
Thats all besides her being effy when she talks to u

The only thing amazing about these Lashes is their disappearing act when they’re falling off your face before you even get home. It’s unfortunate that the staff can’t disappear at the same rate because they talk and behave like poorly behaved children. Utter garbage, don’t waste your money.

Before the COVID pandemic, I had frequented Amazing Lash, but my experience during that time was less than stellar. Despite this, I have always loved getting my lashes done, so after a couple of years away, I decided to give it another shot. Upon returning, I was warmly greeted by Ashley, the customer service representative, who was incredibly supportive and encouraged me to revisit their services. She suggested that I book an appointment with Lisa, the Master Artist, who comes highly recommended.
During my first visit with Lisa, I was genuinely impressed by her expertise and attention to detail. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered personalized recommendations that made me feel at ease. From the moment I walked in and saw Ashley’s bright smile, I felt valued and welcomed. The atmosphere was inviting, and the entire team exuded professionalism and care.
After that initial visit, I knew I had found my place. I am now a forever client, and I truly look forward to each appointment. The whole experience, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the exceptional service from Lisa, has been nothing short of fantastic. Thank you, Amazing Lash, for turning my experience around and for providing such a wonderful space to indulge in self-care!

Nancy the owner was so sweet and informative and so was my lash tech Rachel, who helped gently remove my lashes that were done at another shop. Grateful for the amazing customer service and looking forward to coming back for a full set.

My experience is always positive from when I’m greeted from the receptionist when I walk in they are always happy and pleasant my lash tech is the ultimate best Olivia the Cherry hill studio is Five stars in my opinion

First time visiting this franchise as I usually go small shop but my tech is not longer anywhere within two hours. 0 regrets trying amazing lash studio in cherry hill. Customer service and accommodation was A1. The day after my original set was put on I wasn’t quiet happy with the results/shedding and reached out to the shop and explained. Please note I did this IMMEDIATELY and they were able to address it immediately. Waiting a week isn’t going to get you anywhere. We spoke to each other like adults and I was able to come back in two days to have my concerns addressed. I’m SO happy with the outcome! I met the franchise owner in the store who was so incredibly kind. Both experiences were great and I can’t wait to have my fill with Olivia in two weeks. For all the reviews that says people were rude, take a look inward. Not saying it couldn’t have happened, but my experience with everyone here did not give that at all.
Also they were very transparent about the upgrade charge to the master stylist, ya just gotta read what you’re signing up for, and then listen when you’re being spoken too

This place is horrible!! I got my eyelashes done a week ago they fell out in 4 days they fixed them for me but then a day later they all fall off again!! Never go here save your money and go somewhere else !!!

It was my first time coming here and my first time getting lash extensions. The staff are all so welcoming and kind! Laci did my lashes and she gave me exactly what I wanted, her professionalism and conversation made the experience even better. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had some fall out in the first 24 hours. I called and they fit me right in to fix the issue. I was told sometimes there can be issues with the glue. I see a lot of people on here complaining that their lashes fell out but they never contacted the shop? Why would you not give them the opportunity to fix the issue. There are so many factors that go into lashes falling out. Yes it can be the lash artist but not always. They fixed my lashes for free and they are all so so nice there. Things happen, so for future reference contact the business if there is any issues. Thank you ladies! I’ll be a returning customer!!
