This movie theater is poorly managed. Back on August 21, the Cherry Hill 24 was advertising and sold more than 50 tickets for a limited showing of a concert movie called “The Warning Live at the Auditorio Nacional “ I traveled 90 minutes to the venue only to find out upon arrival that corporate never sent them the movie. They said as far as they knew they would not be getting it. I went home disappointed. Fast forward to this week. Once again the CH 24 was advertising it would be showing said movie on September 18. I went in to the theater on 9/16 to make sure they would be showing it. The manager I spoke to was unsure if they had it, but repeated that if they were advertising it, then they must have it. Today when I tried to order the tickets on line it said they weren’t available. I called back and spoke to an employee who was not friendly, and said he guessed they weren’t showing it.

The workers were all very pleasant, but it is understaffed. The bathrooms are filthy, with water on the floor of the men's room. The popcorn tasted old.

Theater was freezing and concessions left a lot to be desired. The theater is not very clean and the drink station was a mess. Chairs were uncomfortable.

Great Experience and went for an Imax show for the first time. Overall was clean in movie areas and seating. 4 star not 5 due to outdated restroom.

Walking into AMC Cherry Hill feels like stepping into an abandoned amusement park—except without the charm. They’ve apparently decided to save on payroll by eliminating ticket takers entirely, so the poor soul at the desk has to pause her endless battle against a line of impatient customers just to scan tickets for those of us who actually managed to buy them online. I watched someone take one look at the ticket line, do a 180, and make a run for freedom.
The lobby? Well, calling it "filthy" would be a compliment. Most of the lights are burnt out, so the dim, dystopian ambiance does help hide the fact that the carpet looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned since the Bush administration. And don’t even think about getting a drink—the soda fountains look like a science experiment gone wrong. If you’re in the mood to experience what it feels like to visit a developing nation without leaving New Jersey, this is your spot. Bon voyage!

This movie theater needs to bring back ushers to kick people out for talking to much because this location attracts yappers. Been here multiple times and it’s just gotten worse with time, people talking during the whole movie, flashing their phone lights, dropping and kicking cups and popcorn buckets. It’s just crazy that people go to the movies to be disruptive, I tried going to the customer service counter to try to remove a group of people talking during the movie and there was a line of customers with no one attending the counter. Ended up just leaving the movies early. The theater is also just unsanitary, sticky, slippery, popcorn covered floors by the constant broken slushee machines. The popcorn station is just covered in butter and the employees just seem over being there entirely. For an establishment that’s supposed to bring joy and entertainment it only presents as depressing and uncomfortable.
