The exam was fine, I didn't feel thorough though. The main reason I had the exam was so I could get new glasses. I couldn't have been more disappointed when the associate was apathetic, decidedly unhelpful and downright rude. When I asked for my eyeglass prescription, I was made to wait, and once received, it appeared to be incomplete. It is safe to say, I will not be returning to the Americas Best in Cherry Hill NJ

Really good experience here. I was able to make an appointment for the same day and got right in. Everyone in the store was really nice and helpful. The doctor was also very nice and listened to what I had to say. I found 2 pairs of glasses I liked rather quickly and it saved me the cost of the exam. Ended up spending less than my old eyeglasses place and that was when I had vision insurance! The whole process took less than a half hour. Will definitely continue to use and recommend them!

Kaity and the team at America’s best nothing but wonderful to me. I’ve gotten a pair of glasses and I’m having some eye problems that I need to get taken care of and they’ve been kind enough to extend the warranty. Just wanted to give a big thank you to all of them.

Employees were almost reluctant to answer my questions, OD could not tell me differences in price, young lady helping me was on her cell phone at the same time. Manager was almost annoyed with my questions.Will definitely go to a different location in the future

The worst! I am fine with this place. Terrible employees. Dr changed my daughters contact brand which was a $100 more than the prior brand. The brand was still available. Disgusted!!!The rudest people work here. I complained last year but nothing was done. Last year you gave my daughter the wrong prescription to get glasses. Thankfully, we figured it out before we ordered them. I am disgusted with this company!!!!

Meh - I signed up for their eyecare plan which I thought was supposed to save me money but after getting 1 box of contacts per eye (about 8 total contacts per box) and replacement lenses in my frames my total was over $200! Turns out they have all these upgrades that they just add the highest priced lens options without explaining the differences WITH the prices. The lens options including poly and anti-reflection made my total just under $200. The only thing I got with my eyecare plan was the free exam.Not worth it. It also took me AN HOUR total for my exam (the doctor was running at least 20 mins behind) and to haggle over pricing for LENSES. Including the fact that they don't offer a rush service and their timeframe of 10-12 days is a bit ridiculous and if you don't have backup frames they could care less.

Nicole, from the Cinnaminson location, and Gisselle, from Cherry Hill, worked as a team to get my son’s 3 year old frames replaced in plenty of time for his vacation flight!! I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and going the extra mile!

“Manager” is very rude. The guy has no customer service skills or desire to be in that job. What he says goes. He wouldn’t even make an inquiry for me about a scheduling issue that was clearly not explained to me when I went there the first time. He decided I didn’t need to talk to anyone else. No one even notified me when my glasses came in. I called after 5 weeks to find out if they were in. Not recommended to use this place

I recently decided that I needed to update my glasses. Prior to going to the store, I had gone online, made my appointment, filled-out the necessary forms and picked-out the frames for my glasses and my sunglasses. This store is very neat, clean and well-organized. I came here for an eye exam. They did exactly what I asked for and soon I was ready to order my new glasses. The staff is very professional and very well-versed with their products and answered all my questions. My glasses were ready to be picked-up in less than two weeks and were expertly fitted for me. I highly recommend this America's Best store for your eyewear needs.

This is not a reputable eyeglass establishment. I was insulted when I had an appointment and they put another customer who was an hour early for his own appointment ahead of me. I asked why? I was told you were filling out your form. I stated it was wrong since I was on time and the form was simple to fill out. When I complained I was told, well that is how it’s done here! I left. Sadly I was disrespected, targeted for my disability, ageism and racially discriminated. I called the regional office they apologized. Warning: Unfair insensitive customer service.

Do not wait for them to call you... THEY WON'T ! Waited 3 weeks, then I called them. And of course they had been ready for over a week. Poor customer service !
