Stylist: Mary is incredibly skilled. She did a wonderful job painting my nails and taking her time. Very nice atmosphere. Everybody in there is very lovely especially the girl that works the front desk.

i don’t usually write reviews but i went here to get my nails and toes done for a graduation in may, i don’t remember who my nail tech was but the lady doing my toes had cut my toe nail horizontally on the corners which should’ve been my very first red flag, nails are supposed to be cut vertically.. a day or two after getting my toes done i noticed that my toe was feeling sore and looked inflamed, long story short i had an ingrown toenail and not too long after the rest of my toenail came off!! imagine my surprise when i thought everything was fine and then being on the phone one day only to notice my toenail was literally coming off due to this lady at this salon, i was hesitant on writing a review in the first place but i feel like i needed to say something and warn others. i wish i knew the techs name and recommend that you don’t let her do any services.

I have been using Apple Nails on and off since 2018. Julie and Angel do amazing jobs! Unfortunately the service has been inconsistent if you aren’t seen as a regular or by your usual nail tech. I sat for close to 20 minutes waiting for my pedicure to start, even with an appointment. I then was asked several times if I was doing gel after stating I wanted to do regular polish. I asked for 2 different colors, but both were out and I did not receive help from my tech in picking a new color. This time around the service seemed rushed, yet still I was there for 2 hours for a regular mani/pedi & gel removal. I paid $68 for a regular mani/pedi that I could have done at home and been more meticulous, but I needed the help with gel removal.

Apple Nail Salon is the best. The salon is very clean and organized, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. Lee always does a great job with my nails. Thank you.

yesterday i got a pedicure and acrylics. my pedicure was perfect and relaxing. my acrylics also look stunning...however the service i got for my acrylics was very rough.
i have never seen this lady before and her workspace was very empty. to me it seemed like she was new. the whole process took extremely long which is quite strange considering i get acrylics almost once a month and it has never taken this long. she was slow with every step, as if she was unsure. after she applied the tip and acrylic and it was time to file, she started out okay and then went extremely fast and rough. i kept telling her it hurt and all she said was sorry, not changing what she was doing wrong. she kept huffing and puffing as if she was annoyed by me. she then pushed her nails into my cuticles which is not rare, the girl always so that to file better but she did it much harder and i had to pull my hand away. after that my nails looked wonderful and were all painted but then she filed them, which again isn't unusal but she did it incorrectly and filed my design off. she didn't even say anything about it so i had to tell her to redo it.
im not saying i could do better but i know what feels and looks right plus this is the first time i've had to write a complaint. the manager was kind enough to ask if i wanted them redone but there wasn't anything wrong with the nails, it was just the service. i dont know what the manager will do about this new-seeming employee but in my opinion, if the service isn't good she shouldn't be working. the service she gave me felt like i was a tester or something. like i said before, my nails did turn out beautiful so this isn't a horrible review, just a suggestion to not hire workers who provide not-good/rude service.
Stylist: she didn't have a name tag! she looked new and was rough. her workspace looked super clean as if it was her first day.

Although my nails did come out nicely, I was told $55 before getting my nails done but when I went to pay they charged me $65. I told the manager that was ringing me up that my nail tech said $55 and I even clarified it with him making sure I heard the price correctly and he shook his head yes because it’s my first time being there. I didn’t mind paying $10 more but at the same time that wasn’t what I was told BEFORE I got my nails done. Unfortunately it will be my last time here

Apple Nails is my go to place, love this salon. I’m never disappointed with my nails and if one does break (rarely), they fix it quickly.

Loving apple nail spa! They always do a great job there! Sally is great I love how she does my nails! Always so happy when I leave! These are my real nails with dip. I love them!

When I first started going I loved Eleven and my Mom enjoyed Sally but as of late the experience has really going down and there is no experience just a let down! When I go to the salon it’s self care for me and I want truly want to be relaxed and walk out feeling amazing not just my nails but overall that’s why it’s an EXPERIENCE that’s what I’m paying for! I’ve been leaving the few times just completely unsatisfied and unfortunately won’t be back!
