Scammers at this location !!!. BE AWARE! They will give you items and not fully explain . Promise $100 gift cards that NEVER come . The customer service is a total JOKE!! I honestly want to cancel my plan. Over $300+ for a phone bill with two lines ! No way . I even brought a iPhone and was told that I can trade it in with up to $1000 value, what a joke they basically took my phone with no charge. Bad experience

I walked in last month to add a line and left with 2 watches and the added line. I was told there would be no monthly installment on the new phone as we were trading in a phone. I was told it was buy one watch get one free. I received my bill and it was $588 for context my bill is $95 a month. I called customer service they were absolutely of no help. After hours waiting on the phone, talking to supervisors etc their response was go back to the store. Turns out the representative added a bunch of things to each line without my consent. The watches was not buy one get one free. I went back to the store and they made me sign up for AARP and they reduced the activation fees so my bill was now $455. I still maintained there was a number of unauthorized charges added. I spoke to with the store manager, his response was simple..yes you’re paying more for the watches than the phone lines but don’t bother coming in Il give your number to the district manager and he will call you back. It’s now been 8 days and still no call back. $455 was debited from my account for services I am not using and did not ask for. I have since made a report with consumer protection. However I think it is important to warn people to be cautious while doing business at AT&T Cherry Hill Mall. I have never felt such disregard and abuse for the consumer. It’s pure fraud. Please triple check your purchases here as they are incompetent and conduct themselves with little to no morals.

I went to the store to pay my bill and to remove the Internet from my iPad. In order to remove the Internet from my iPad I had to pay the iPad in full, which means I did not get the discount or the half price that I was promised when I purchased the iPad in January. When I add up $20 Internet fee and the $12 cost for the iPad, in the end I would have paid over $1000 for an iPad. So I probably saved myself like at least $400 by just going on and paying the iPad off. Next time I will definitely read the fine print.

Maurice, the store representative was excellent, professional and courteous. I had to wait a little while he finished up with his customers that were there before me. The issue was with AT&T and their service. My phone was backed up to the cloud and it took over an hour to transfer to my new phone. The system was having other issues so my husband wasn’t able to upgrade his phone.

Cherry hill mall - 2 people no customers but me and “uninterested” left with phone worse shape than when I walked in and had to go to apple for 2.5 hours next day with supervisor tech to fix everything - phone less than year old fortunately under warranty but att do better

I visited this location in the mall after purchasing my iPhone at the Apple Store. Apple for some reason was unable to help me set up my phone via the QR scan that they usually do. They sent me off without a working phone, so I visited this location and thankfully I was helped by two workers by the name of Dimitri( i for sure spelled that wrong) and Michelle. They helped guide me through all the possible steps so I could transfer my service onto my new phone so shout out to them they are so real!

When I went an employee was really rude and didn't want to sell me a phone case. Told me to go to the competitor upstairs!! All he had to do was compare the case I had and a new one or find one for the model I bought from att!!
