Horrible customer service. Had an appointment to have our window fixed (it was smashed out and just had a trash bag over it). Never got a text, phone call, or email so I called and was told “oh the location sold the only window they had for that, we can’t get a window”. I asked if anyone was gonna even let us know. Very unprofessional

Great service !! The technician was amazing & very professional! He called me that morning to give me an estimated arrival time. He came out to my house & replaced my windshield perfectly! Great business and highly recommend !

Called them last minute got a cheaper quote then 3 other places I call and got done in about an hour and a half I would absolutely recommend them

Technician was great . Was on time for the time slotted . Finished the job in a timely matter . Only complaint is he could have cleaned up better . Left debris on ground . Dashboard had debris all over . And when using the glass cleaner he kept putting down on the hood of my car . But the glass repair and install was good .Service: Auto windshield replacement

Do not book services from this company!!! This morning they sent one of their techs out bill to my house to fix my driver side window. Before he checked to make sure everything was correct he took my window out! My window was not out it was just cracked then he called me outside to say he had the wrong glass for my car and said he was leaving and a manager would contact me in a hour 3 hours go by I called them. All I got was left on hold then they said they would call me back in 10 minutes that never happen so I called back then they said that their tech bill was coming back out and should be there in 2 hours. Something told me to call bill so I did he said he was not coming because he didn't have the glass for my car. so I called the company back and the lady was rude and said she just can't help me even tho he to my window out my car and just left it with nothing there he even left glass all in my car and took my cracked windowService: Glass installation

I made an appointment for my car I was told it was in stock we set up a day and time I pulled the windshield out of my car to fix some rust issues they called me the night before my appointment and said the glass was not in stock and they could do nothing about it i called back to see what they could do since my windshield was out of my car and they said nothing could be done I asked to talk to management and they said they could do Nothing so I ask to talk to his boss and he said he was going to block my number and hung the phone up this is completely un professional and they did Nothing to fix there mistakeService: Auto windshield replacement

I thought this company was great! I called and asked for a quote and they were reasonable. They said they would call the morning of, which they didn't but I called and they said there were issues with their tablets, which is understandable and out of their control. The tech finally called me to let me know the time he would be around and called me 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He did it quickly and effectively and was finished within 30 minutes. Very professional, kind, and great quality! I would recommend using them!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Good job installing glass but they broke my first windshield and had to reschedule pushing the repair date back 4 more days. Also they had me changing my appointment location constantly because of bad communication and they said they would call the morning of the installation to schedule a time of installation but never did I had to call three time before I was called by the technician to confirm the time of installation.
