One of the managers here, an African American (refused to give me his name- is an atrocious mess that handles the job by getting nasty with the customer, insulting them, and has the nerve to threaten in response to any situation. It is appalling how he seems to have no judgement of what is appropriate and what is not. He is supposed to be an example to other employees?? He does not respect the customers, how much business they do there, or even if they have a long history with the bank. I handed my payroll check and told him I do not want to deposit it now, I just want to find out how long it would to clear, then I would decide. I had Bill to pay that evening and I wanted to make sure the funds would be available that day to do it. If it would not be, though it may be inconvenient, I would have to drive further to do my deposit, and I was already pressed for time. He repeated back to me what I said, said o.k., and then instead deposited the check before coming back to me to say it will be available in two business days. It was a payroll check of a local NJ company. Why that be the case anyway? But I said I did not tell you to deposit, repeated everything I said before, and told him to reverse it and give me back MY paycheck not his check back. He blatantly and in a nasty manner literally refused to give me back my payroll check, then escalated instead of attempting to resolve the issue. He acted as though it was his living room, and he can say anything and do anything he wants to customers. So, not only was he disrespectful, but he had no concept of how to handle anything properly. This company needs to make some changes starting with him. I suggest either not doing your banking there or have your phone camera and recording app ready. If you have any problem (And I know others have and will) record it and send it with your complaint to corporate. That will help them to know who they need to eliminate.

I’ve been banking w/ BOA for almost 20 years. I don’t think I realized how great BOA has been until I had a recent experience at another bank (not really by choice). They’ve made my life so easy since college. BOA’s banking app is amazing and so user friendly. I absolutely love it.It’s bc of the app that I really didn’t have to come into the locations too often (which is the convenience I love) but recently have had to bc of life events/ certified checks etc. Everyone who works here at this location has gone above and beyond in the last few months… people remembered and congratulated me on my wedding, saw my checks and called me by my new last name, sat with me to figure out what accounts to keep open or close. Everyone’s in jeans today bc it’s Friday. You could tell there’s a great culture here. Thank you for making my day and for making my life easier!

Service was terrible as soon as you walk in from the Dollar General suits matching their character. They think they are top notch because they work for a bank but get hit pay. Won’t be coming here. I do not recommend.

Be careful using the ATM for deposits or getting money, always something, requested $200 only gave me $40 but deducted $200 from my account. Not my first bad experience there

Actually went inside. It was a great experience! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The manager was alert and responsive watchful of the smooth flow of business.
