Every single product in this store smells disgusting. There is no "unscented" option for anything. Obnoxious loud music is pounding all over the place. Staff were not friendly. Return policy is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to exchange one scent of a body cream for a different scent (exact same size and packaging and labeling in every single way) and the one I paid $17 dollars before was only giving me store credit of $4. Don't bother trying to return something without a receipt - they will bend you over a barrel and do terrible things and they will not take you out for dinner first.

I want to congratulate bath and Body works in Cherry Hill for unfortunately making me feel very uncomfortable/2nd class/horrible in the store by being racially profiled by one of their staff members.I’ve shop at this location several times to buy candles and body spray, usually always above $100 it’s on my visit because I love the candle so much. They really make me feel better after a tough day at work. However today at around 2:40 PM I was profiled by a Blonde staff member who rushed her cart to my location and awkwardly was not restocking the shelves. She then progressed to speak to me to explain the “rules” that I cannot use the Bath and Bodyworks hand bag they gave me on the several times I have shopped there previously, Do you collect the items that I intended and did in fact pay for. I asked multiple staff members what was the managers number and was told if they knew they would tell me. Just prior to exiting the store, I informed the staff member who profiled me that I will be filing a complaint to which she shrugged her shoulders and stated “whatever”. When I got home I realized I didn’t even get the candles that I wanted as I was too angry at the incident to focus I just wanted to pay for my items and leave the store.I’m not sure if I can support this location and possibly this business considering my very sour feeling I’m experiencing currently.In summary thank you Bath and Body Works for the great candles that make me feel comfortable/relaxed it will go well with the current feeling I’m having now of being racially profiled as a Black man in America, a very uncomfortable feeling. ??????I do hope there will be some sort of training for the staff member to prevent future mishaps.Best Regards,Nick Calder, M.D.

I came here a few months ago to purchase some body mists and body wash and I had a very pleasant experience. There was a lot of great smelling fragrances to chose from which is my favorite part of going to bath and body works in general, there were also plenty of scent cards to smell the fragrances also which was great. And the staff was also very nice and helpful. The store was all around nice, clean and organized too, how bath and body works usually is. Would definitely come back again.

Ashley associate wasn’t a happy camper when asked to use a coupon on a couple items I bought yesterday. She even told the customer behind me “this is gonna be a while” which was embarrassing. Great store tho.
