I don’t know what’s up with this bank but marisol Santiago needa find something else to do cause she is not customer service material she kept asking me unnecessary questions like “why am I here”, “what am I doing in this area” just because I happened to find the closet wsfs bank in the area I was at she kept acting like she was typing on computer to help but really wasn’t and was just asking me more questions and made me an hour late to work

To be honest i never complain but i will never visit WSFS bank at 1901 route 70 East Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 ever again, if anything im just gonna get rid of my account with them permanantly because WSFS does not stand for service.. i walked in WSFS bank at 9:03am after a rainy morning there was 1 teller open so i waited in line, there was a customer infront of me being helped and while still dealing with her customer Marisol Santiago (assisstant branch manager) told me to take my hood off and was not professional about it..i replyed back theres no sign of taking hood off and get a supervisor or someone to show me its a policy to take hood off.. its crazy how Marisol Santiago was treating the lady in front of me nice but put me thru humiliation n discrimination for no reason at all while i was waiting in line, before even finishing with the lady customer in front of me..Finally it was my turn n she took my id n bank card but wouldnt give me service back, she just kept questioning me asking me personal questions like "why am i here"? When in the system it shows that i been using wsfs in cherry hill locations for almost 2 years now n before i been using wsfs fo over 10 years with no issue. To find out she was stalling for the cops to show up, only to find out she was in the wrong n on top of all that she shorted me $20.00 and i had to wait a whole hour until she re-checked her drawers, atleast twice, to recount the money and she was $20.00 over in the drawer, after she said she gave me all my money... she wouldnt check it until i repeatedly demanded her in front of the cops...i got it all on voice record. @

I attempted to cash two checks drawn from this WSFS Bank location. The first question the teller askied me was what am I doing in New Jersey (My license was from out of state). My response was working. The teller then asked me where are you working. This question made me feel a little unease. The teller made two attempts to contact my employer. Onece she got a hold of my employer, she bedan to ask a series of security questions. My employer awsered all. .After all that i I was still unable to cash my checks. This has been the worst embarrassing experience I have ever encountered.My employer acolded the teller on how i was treated. The teller then lied to my employer and told her everything is OK and they are cashing my check at the moment. While she was telling my employer this I had already left the branch.My employer was very unhappy.I Will Never Bank with this institution again.

This review is for a WSFS Bank on Sunset Road in Burlington. Tellers are poorly trained and completely incompetent management is never there nowhere to be found always a terrible experience!

Very Limited locations, mostly in Burlington & Camden County. None in Gloucester County, have to travel to Cherry Hill for the closest location coming from Gibbstown NJ. They do have ATM's in Gloucester County in the Heritages stores.

The teller did not guide me and answer my questions about how to withdraw a large amount of money, but she tried to offer me the financial adviser of her bank.

I know this is petty but the new card they just sent me is so hideous I almost want to switch banks, banking is ok with them but when it was beneficial I had over draft protection and it wouldn't allow me to over draft my account and this new bank doesn't have this. a little frustrating.

I saw thorough their online system that my coronavirus stimulus relief amount had been deposited to my account. I went to the MEDFORD LAKES branch to use the ATM and my card would not work. Upon calling the bank, they notified me the card had been shutoff a month earlier due to fraud, without my knowledge. I had to jump through hoops to get access to my money, which I desperately needed right now. I followed up at home with phone calls, but was on eternal hold. I decided to close the account as I have been hugely disappointed since they bought up Beneficial and sent all the previous employees either packing or elsewhere. WSFS customer service has been abysmal. As I arrived to the drive-up window for the second time that day, the female teller was chatting away with another customer two lanes over. She loudly let that customer know to not call her at work "because we're not answering the phones here!" Then she looked around and caught herself and added "...right now." Beneficial was great- loved them. WSFS has been terrible. Account closed - or so I think. As I was in line a rep called me back and I explained that I wanted to close the account - I was put on hold, and shortly thereafter disconnected. A terrible bank.

I was at the Rt 70 branch. I pulled up to the window. The teller looks up with the you are bothering me look. She eventually comes over and sends the drawer out. I put the deposit right in. It sits. She eventually comes back and takes it. No Hello, Good afternoon, How are you NOTHING. She completes the transaction puts the receipt in the drawer and sends it out. She grabs the mic says thanks and walks back to the computer. I take my receipt and sit in amazement. No can I help you with anything else? No have a nice day. Nothing. This lady seriously said 1 ONE word to me. Wow. Sorry to inconvenience you to do the job you were being paid to do. Have a nice day!!!!

Going down hill since the merger coming. The girl at the drive thru window gave my receipt to the guy in the other lane the other day. Lucky he called me over. She was playing with her phone to much.

The staff is always very courteous. They make the bank feel friendly. Also the e-banking website is the easiest I have ever used---definitely user friendly. And on a different note, I was not happy when the branch at 157 South White Horse Pike Audubon NJ 08106 was closed. Overall, the best bank i have ever used!!
