Great people! Spivak jewelers tried to bad mouth every jewelry store in the area. Quoted me crazy high price, couldn't guarantee a day it would be done. Berman did the work needed plus extra (added a stone to my cross). Said it would be done sat, and it was done Friday. Will be returning to get some a ring done soon!
