The claim that there is reciprocity between different JCCs is misleading at best…an outright lie in reality. There are so many restrictions and conditions that it’s basically nonexistent. They only have something that no one will ever qualify for so they can say the have reciprocity as a selling point when they’re trying to get you to become a member— But never have to honor it when you try to use it. If choosing between a JCC or a YMCA do not be fooled into thinking that the reciprocity is the same.

I had high hopes going into the JCC daycare in January 2024 and was met with much disappointment. After close to 3 weeks of my 18 month old son attending, I could tell that he was off by the way he was acting while getting ready for school, how he was protesting on the way to/going into school, and by the way he was sleeping more. When i reached out to the JCC, I was told by the daycares director that my son is aggressive and that we should meet to discuss how to help him better adjust. 5 days later, after being told that both of my sons teachers were no longer in the classroom, I called to find out what was going on and to express my concerns. It wasn’t until then that I found out that my son had been mishandled by a teacher 5 days prior. I am fortunate that my son wasn’t physically harmed, but the lack of transparency was not acceptable. I cannot recommend this daycare to anyone due to this poor experience.

We love Katz JCC! There is so much to do, from the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center and classes, as well as reformer pilates. They also offer swim lessons for our little ones. They have a fun indoor play area that is very handy in the winter months to keep little ones busy. We love our family being part of the JCC and all the events they have to offer. The JCC is also reasonable priced for a family of 4 will all the amenities they provide.

Our family of 6 enjoys the programs and facilities the Katz JCC offers. We use the workout facilities, we walk on the track, and we play basketball in the gym. Two of my children are on the JCC Sharks swim team which is a good and affordable program. One child takes swim lessons at the JSplash Swim School. Lessons are provided in small groups based on the child's skill level. Overall, we recommend the Katz JCC.

Their ECE program is fantastic!! The staff & teachers are amazing and my 2 girls absolutely love it there! Aside from that, they have excellent facilities for the whole family!

My family loves the Katz JCC! Since moving to Cherry Hill, it’s provided us community with great programming. From enjoying the summer at the outside pool to getting a good workout in to the youth sports activities, we’ve loved every second of it. There are so many added bonuses that we never expected like pick up basketball, the cafe, and the holiday/family festivals. Join today and your family will love it as much as we do!

We were treated unfair for 2years because of race. They checked my license plate everytime I arrived and they made up new policy rules because I was black. I advised that it was wrong to treat us this way they asked for birth certificate of my children and ask why are we driving a different vehicle. June 13, 2023 I was sent an email stating they changed my membership according to new rules ..We were never notified about new rules I've been paying for 2years.Thank you
