Shortly after entering the store a Older gentleman (employee) came and greated my wife and daughter, He doesn't take one second to ask if I need help finding anything he made sure he had time to joke around and ask if my 15 month old daughter is looking for boots but didn't bother acknowledging the man that's walking around looking to actually purchase boots.

Only boot barn I've ever been too but they seemed to have all types of work boots as well as regular boots that one can imagine. Almost every design available out there and most brands were present.
Only thing I couldn't find were the modern BOA system boots, I was looking for them specifically.

Spanish jawns at the front, they're cool... but them wannabe cowboy salesman were annoying 😂😂😂. I never been asked how and why do I want these boots so much. Damn bro I just wanna drip these jawns out. Why do I have to be line dancing or going to the rodeo to have these 😂😂😂. Still got the boots though.

Picked up boots for my brother and 2 sons and had such a great experience thanks to Joslyn. You don't get customer service like that anymore and we got to chatting about that very thing. Very knowledgeable and helpful, shined our boots up, told us what products to use on the boots. We will definitely be back to this location because of Joslyn! (Sorry if spelling of name is incorrect)

We went to the store try to find a pair boots for my brother. He is a very fussy person. We were helped by Danielle she was very knowledgeable, extremely patient with us. My brother doesn’t speak English and I have to translate for him. Even with this Danielle did a fabulous job and trying to locate a boots for him. She even looked online and to get a better idea of what he wanted. Unfortunately what he wanted was not in the store. Danielle advised us to check other Boot Barn locations. If I could I would give Danielle six stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We worked with Bill he was the sweetest salesman ever! He helped my son pick out his cowboy outfit and even helped him add up all his items together. Bill is a gem, not only do we love the boots and clothes but I think we made a new friend Bill!
