Dan was the best representative I've had the pleasure of dealing with in all the years I've had dealings with Budget/Avis. Very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Very fast process. I will likely be renting from Cherry Hill from now on. It's refreshing.

I booked a car from 12 noon today. I arrived just after that and they were closed. I rang customer service and they cut me off. They shouldn’t allow you to book a car from 12.00 noon when they close at 12.00 noon.Just wasted $60. Will never use them again and advise everyone else not to as well!

I called and sent an email to the company, so they better do something...To begin with, I am an elderly, disabled person and a Cancer patient. I reserved a vehicle with you because I had a family reunion in Rochester, NY and my vehicle is from 2003, which was a risk for me to travel in it for more than six hours. Everything was ruined, my trip, my health because of the mismanagement in the town of Cherry Hill, in Camdem, NJ. For this reason, and by this means I demand, that I be heard and compensated for the damages caused by your company and employees. First, due to the unfair and discriminatory treatment of the Manager of that place and due to improper reservation process of the reserved and paid vehicle, for July 27, 2023, That day, as I said, I received bad treatment from the Manager, who He did not want to understand that my card was not prepaid, he did not want to give me the vehicle and illegally withheld my $590.00 money for more than three days, after calling another Manager who supposedly assured him that in two or three hours they would reimburse me for my money withheld, something that never happened and harmed my trip, and my physical and emotional health. The lack of respect of your employee and his inappropriate conduct did not allow me to rent anywhere else, because my money was not returned to me as he assured and that totally ruined my family trip, which probably will not be repeated because my family came from many states and even from Europe. By medical order I cannot travel by plane and for that reason I needed to rent a vehicle. To top it off, today I called the customer service line twice, the first one spoke Spanish and hung up on me without warning, the second employee a woman, I asked her to contact the Supervisor and she also left me waiting on line until the call dropped or hung up. I hope that some senior leader of this company contacts me as soon as possible or I will be forced to take legal action, both for the company and for the employees who did not treat me as I deserve it, because I was not the one who failed, they were the ones. This rental was the best. I have rented before from other places. The man at the front desk was so nice. The car was very nice and both pickup and return was fast and easy. Great experience. Cherry Hill Budget Car Rental was great.Really Nice Man working in the front. Very relaxed and helpful.thank you so much.

I've rented vehicles twice from this business and in both cases was assisted quickly, correctly and thoroughly. Each vehicle was clean and available at the time I requested, and well maintained. I will definitely rent from them again.

While dealing with a family member in the hospital, I asked if the location could stay open 5 mins past closing to allow me to pick up the rental I prepaid for. The owner said yes. I showed up When I rushed over, the door was locked and he was nowhere to be found. It takes an especially cruel and dishonest person to say yes when they don't intend on following through. On top of that, I was charged for a rental I never picked up.

Got told when I arrived to rent a car to pick up my kid that they don't accept debit cards just credit cards when they let me pre-check my reservation with one and also state online that debit cards are accepted. Ridiculous. Enterprise never gave me this problem and I would have used them except they have no Sunday hours. Dude at the counter was a stiff too. His job must be terrible. Sorry buddy but not everyone carries credit cards I use real money and don't need one. It must be terrible working such a meaningless job. Anyway, I used my own car. I just didn't want to put the extra 530 miles on it in one day. Budget is trash.

Why didnt i listen to the others who complain about this place. Run away from here. He move my reservation days out, without my consent. I couldn't even get a word out without being talked over. In the midst of even trying to explain what I need he scream I can't help you.

Ask Joshua. Unfair penalty on extra day$176 for extra day rental due to storm in Virginia shutting down I95The y even said to me it should be $50-$60, but the best they could do is $176. If they wanted to help, they could but too lazy in y opinion
