“Cindy works at this location, and she literally saved me from a day from hell! I very last minute booked a car because my car was unsafe to drive due to poor work done by Pep Boys, and was due to be at the FIAT dealership for up to 5 days. I live in Philly, so not a simple fix to get back home. I showed up and Cindy unfortunately didn’t have any cars for me - though I did successfully pay for one and book one through the Hertz app - but that was because folx didn’t return the cars when they should. She could tell I was really about to just break, and she PERSONALLY cleaned a car that was received late so that I could get on the road. She was so kind and patient with every person, and seemed to be running the show. Whatever Hertz is paying Cindy, it’s not enough. She genuinely cared about the wellbeing of her customers - she’s also funny as hell - but yes: this location is far from perfect, but if you get lucky enough to work with Cindy, who actually cares, you’ll be in good hands.”
