“Spectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.”

“I’m going to be honest. Hertz stole 1,209 dollars from yes. It took us four days calling non stop for help. But they did give us most of it back. We are waiting on the rest. I’m giving a five star to the amazing employees who helpedl us twice at this location. Please give these two a raise. They go through it for a not so great company.”

“This location provided me with a rental while my car was getting repaired. Even though insurance was paying for the rental they treated like a valued customer. I had to call a few times with basic questions and always got right through to a local agent that helped me through the process with kindness. They picked me up at the body shop without having to wait an extra minute and provided a great vehicle on arrival; very easy process and each person I met there was equally as friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need a local rental I’ll go out of my way to rent from them…highly recommended.”
