They are stocking the wrong sizes/not enough of the popular sizes it seems. In men's they don't stock over a 40 in pants in store anymore and in womens A LOT of things were out of L or XL but was abundant in XS and S. Still good quality things for the price tho!

Thank you Aubrey!! I don’t normally write reviews but I just have to sing the praises of the FABULOUS staff at this location. The other day I came in looking for a gift for my brother. He’s really into streetwear. I had been to a few other places around Cherry Hill but was coming up empty handed. By the time I got to Carhartt, I was pretty overwhelmed and I was running out of ideas. I must have looked SO lost lol One of the sales associates, Aubrey, came right up to me and asked if I needed any help. She was so gracious and patient with me, helped me find a several options and she put me at ease. Once she helped me find a few items, she gave me space to think it all over while she helped out a few other people in the store, which I appreciated because I hate when sales people hover over you. Ended up getting him a really cool jacket and a few other accessories (which he absolutely LOVED btw!) Aubrey really went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for her. Will be back to do my Xmas shopping!!!

Love the help I got at the store I was passing through on a work related trip. I never seen a carhartt store so I stopped in and ended up buying two hoodies and a vest lol the staff was very helpful

Walked in with my friend and we were talking while an employee Aubrey greeted us from the registers. We said Hello back but I guess she didn’t hear us to which she had a very prominent attitude. She proceeded to greet us again, but even louder this time. We greeted back, again. We made eye contact with her and noticed her displeased face towards us. Due to her attitude we were contemplating leaving the store immediately. Her actions left such a bad taste in my mouth.

It’s a wonderful experience each an every time I enter the Cherry Hill location. It’s like for me a kid in a candy store . Ally help me with the perfect sizes to fit . My best to find as sort of clothes in any occasion . It a joy as well , everyone smiles, an so inviting to make the experience that much comfortable. Thank you Ally for helping once again. With all my goodies of Carhartt gear !! ?????. Seanb

Great staff with a great selection. Ally was very informative on which materials would be best for my line of work; she was amazing! She even went out of her way to order an item online for me when my size was sold out.

A very charismatic and helpful staff. Every time I come to the store, I'm greeted with a smile and a very wonderful hello. How can I help you and they're always willing to see if they have more items in the back and they're always willing to have things shipped to you? It's always a good experience when coming to the Carhartt store in Cherry Hill

So I don't make the pilgrimage to Cherry Hill too often. Needing more pants, I came after finding out online that my style is out of stock. Only to find out that the store discriminates to large men. Not one pair of pants was over a 38in waist. I wear a 48. The nice lady told me to go online to buy my pants, even after telling her that the don't have my style and size in stock. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Carhartt.

Can't thank this store and Celia in particular enough. They have supplied my company with clothing and made the process so streamlined and easy. The stock and selection was great and recommendations were great and useful. Thank you for all of your help. Can't wait to return again and again for the next orders!

I went to the store brought the pants with me the Carhartt pants that I wanted another pair of the salesman told me they don't make these anymore without looking online he just said they don't make this anymore you have to buy these these steel style well they're the worst pants I ever wore I can't use them then I find out the pants I wanted are online so the salesperson guy basically didn't do his job and or lied to me .
Yeah and the new the steel pants they're the worst fit they're low rise hip huggers who needs that when they are at work they're terrible ...

Aubrey is by far a key component to this location! Very knowledgeable about all of the material being sold and her advice has me properly equipped for my work day. I definitely enjoyed my time being there and ended up purchasing more than I thought I would because of it! 100 out of 5 stars!
