Had a great experience purchasing my Audi Q5 back in 2021 - terrible experience with the service department. They are scam artists, charging dagnostic fees on repairs they were hired to perform. I have been to other Audi dealerships. If they diagnose an issue and you approve them to perform the repair, you are not charged their $200-250 'diagnostic fee' on top of the cost of repair. Not with this dealership... If they call you and you approve $800 worth of over priced work, just be prepared when you show up to get your car your actual bill will be more like $1,300-$1,400. Zero tranparency. Deceptive billing. Go somewhere else if you can.

Tony Watson is the man and was able to get my oil change and recall issue fixed in the same day. The Cherry hill team was great to work with. Thanks again!

We had an amazing experience when it came to purchasing our vehicles at Audi Cherry Hill! We used Bodur and she was absolutely incredible! She made the process so smooth and easy! I would definitely recommend Bodur and Audi Cherry Hill to all of our family and friends ! Thank you! Sincerely Bridget and Mike Plenn

I got my second Audi (SQ7) from this place. Added the tire and rim coverage. Had a tire blowout in NY I had another shop replace it. Since the tire was destroyed and shop did not have the exact size they put slightly slimmer tire so I could be on my way. When I brought the car Cherry Hill Audi would not honor it because I did not have enough picture to prove the tire was actually damaged. This is the picture.
Very disappointed and I don't think Ill give any more business to this place.

Davon Jackson was a professional through and through! Honestly the main reason we ended up purchasing from this dealership! He was extremely helpful and transparent in terms of the cars on the market, pricing, and value. Ultimately we got a real nice deal on a brand new dream car. Excellent dealership and excellent service!

Came to CH Audi for what I hoped was a small repair, turned out I needed a new car as the repair outweighed the value. I was provided a clear video and explanation of the repairs, it was very honest.
The service, sales, and credit department staff are knowledgeable and patient. Thanks to the staff in full I have managed to make a terrible situation a great one, I feel proud of my purchase.

I bought 2016 Audi A5 from this dealer brand new. It’s been bad experiences ever since.
One time I took it in for a routine service. After the service on the way out of the dealership my tires were running bumpy. Long story short I had to buy new tires.
Once the mileage reached 80k it started to burn oil badly. It’s gotten progressively worse and now I have to add a quart every 200 miles. I went in to the service to see if they can do something about it. The guy was so rude. He was telling me to go to the manufacturer. It’s a terrible car. Their service is even worse. I’m very happy with my BMW now. NEVER ANOTHER AUDI!!!! NEVER CHERRY HILL AUDI!!!!

Family rented an audi Q4 from a rental car place and called the cherry hill audi dealer and got Khern on the phone. We took a chance looking to get help understanding what we were experiencing on our first drive (the rental place explained nothing). After sharing our experience, Khern was very helpful and gave us the 411 and the audi details we needed to drive happy. If we decide to buy, I know who we're looking for!

Extremely Disappointed with Service – Safety Neglected
I recently brought my vehicle in for two lower control arms and a recall service. I have an extended warranty on the car, and from the start, I had concerns. The service advisor warned me that the warranty company “might not match their labor rate,” suggesting I may have out-of-pocket costs. That was my first red flag.
A few days later, they called and told me the warranty only covers 2.4 hours of labor, but their quote was for 6 hours. This seemed excessive, so I contacted several licensed shops—including another Audi dealer—and was told 2.4 hours is a reasonable timeframe for this job. When I relayed this back, I was told they’d look into it and call me back.
Two days later, they finally responded and said it would now take 13 hours to complete the same job. At that point, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere.
When I picked up the car, I discovered that my wheel bolts were not properly tightened—a serious safety concern. Additionally, one of my custom wheels was scratched. I had specifically told the advisor beforehand about the custom wheels, and he assured me, “We’re professionals—we’ll take care of it.” When I brought these issues up, his response was simply, “It’s life, sometimes people make mistakes.”
What makes this even more upsetting is that I had my baby in the car with me. Their negligence didn’t just put me at risk—it put my child’s safety in jeopardy. That is completely unacceptable.
To make up for the poor experience, they offered me a full detail of the car. I declined, because after everything that happened, I don’t trust them to touch my vehicle.
In my world, where labor is billed at over $200 per hour, mistakes—especially those that affect vehicle safety—are unacceptable. If a certified Audi dealer can’t be trusted to even ensure wheel bolts are torqued correctly before handing back a vehicle, I wouldn’t trust them with any repairs. This experience was incredibly disappointing and concerning on multiple levels.
