I wasn’t going to leave this review, but I don’t think I will be coming back. I’ve gone to Cho three times, the two previous times were great. This time, I had scheduled an appointment and sat waiting for 40 minutes in the salon chair anyway, while she was finishing up one customer and had another customer waiting, followed by me. That I could deal with m, but when she finished cutting my hair (very short) and was styling it with a hot iron, she burned my skin, rubbed some Vaseline on it, apologized, and said it was ok because it wasn’t red. She charged me full price and I even tipped her… I was rubbing it with aloe the rest of that day while it was throbbing, and here I am 2 days later with a blister that feels like an open wound. You, reading this, will probably have a good experience with Cho, but this was it for me.

All by appt in order 2 provide the best care 4 each client. Everything is sterilized, superb cleanliness, even provides free masks, & snacks. Friendly atmosphere, spacious salon, kid friendly, answers all ur questions & addresses all ur concerns & gives u great advice on how 2 better care 4 ur hair type. You'll feel & look like a beautiful princess. Children & handicapped clients are also treated with respect & great gentle care. Even men & boys go there 2 also have hair cuts, hair coloring, eye brow, mustache, beard triming & coloring . Men leave looking so handsome & well manicured.

You need to book an appointment because they have plenty of customers and limited hairstylists. Though they could accommodate walk ins but you might be denied or have to wait. The price is reasonable but you need to communicate your style. Stylists are Koreans so, the style is different from Americans.

She’s very busy, she’s (Cho) the only one who does everything! There’s another hairstylist but she only comes a few days a week. Even if you arrive 30 or 15 mins before your appointment expect to wait for 1hr before your turn and sometimes they will make you sit in the chair assuming that she’ll work on your hair but NO, you’ll still have to wait. It also seems that she rushes everything that she does, well that’s already expected since she wants to move on to the next customer. The quality of the service does not justify its price.

The owner is so very friendly and she took her time looking at photos of my hair done at another salon. She cut it perfectly! The salon is extremely clean and well kept.

Cho has great skill in hair cutting. The shop is nicely decorated and comfortable. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back for hair cut.

She is so nice, and the salon was clean. However, she cut my hair when it was all dry, washed it, and then ironed it. It looked normal and OK, but as soon as I came home, took a shower, and wanted to blow dry my hair, I found out there are huge differences between each part. The layers are too short or too long, and unfortunately, It was my worst haircut ever. I really liked the place, and she seemed so lovely, but I will never go back for a haircut. I am afraid if I go to fix it and it gets even worse.Service: Haircut
