Concentra was warm and the energy in the facility was welcoming. From Jennifer to the front desk to the ladies that did my blood work. The MD that did my exam actually was singing. I'll be back this week to bring Fresh donuts. It was a good experience and I laughed through my whole 1.5 hour stay (I personally did not mind waiting). Thank you all and many BLESSINGS. The staff here are extremely UNHAPPY and unwelcoming. When you walk in they barely greet you and definitely NOT with a smile. The front desk staff girl with the 2 pinkish colored braids was constantly on her cell phone. I believe the manager is the black lady who looks unapproachable and unhappy. The staff overall seem quite miserable. When you walk into an establishment you want to be greeted with a smile not a face that looks unhappy. A smile and a good morning can make or break a business. I only came here because of a job that uses this place specifically otherwise I would not have come here and nor would I recommend this place for anything. The physician was nice but so quick with her assessment that I barely got her name. This place is a train wreck and ran like an assembly line of robots. If you don't have to go there DON'T

From the time I checked to the young lady helping me do my vision test to the nurse practitioner helping me feel more comfortable during the physical and finally the lady that checked me out, it was an OUTSTANDING experience . Everyone was genuinely hospitable and not just regular customer service. This is an excellent staff.

When I got there it was still early. From check in to check out was fantastic. Receptionists were professional and courteous. Nurse and Dr were professional and courteous. Wasn’t a long wait clean waiting area and clean restroom. I been to this place 3 times now and all 3 times were a great experience.

I got hurt at my job and they sent me to this particular urgent Care. Kunjam shah, PA was a nasty, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful brat. She didn't even take the time out to hear what I had to say. Every time I will try to empress myself she would over talk me with an attitude. The medical staff took the time out to apologize for her behavior. I told her she made me so uncomfortable that I am considering contacting a lawyer and she told me she didn't care and I can do whatever I want. I told her if she didn't care then why is she even responding back to me ?? Her colleague told her not to worry about it and they will help me and she rolled her eyes and walked out the room. I went to my own doctor for a 2nd opinion & was told her diagnosis was completely off and not true. I find is very weird & coincidental that as soon as I left her office and went back to my job to drop off my paperwork I got into trouble at my job for something that so called happened weeks ago. I wasn't born yesterday, I know for a fact she called my job and told them I was being difficult, asking all the proper questions and questioning her authority gave her a reason to try and sabotage me. She gave me a diagnosis without even properly examining me just so she could write anything that way my job doesn't have to pay me or put me on a proper medical leave/light duty. Not only will I be getting a lawyer but I am reporting her and the building to the state !! I was a home health aide for 10 plus years, I've seen it all and I know when I'm being played, not today, tomorrow, or ever!!!

My first time there and I have no complaints. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is convenient. There was really no wait time. That’s always a plus!
