Wish I could give it a 0. Had my stuff there for a little over a year. When I went to move out. Everything was covered in rat poop and piss. Nearly all my stuff was ruined. When I told the manager she didn’t seemed surprised. When I went through their insurance, they said it didn’t cover “animals”. Still fighting them. Do not use.

I went to the Cherry Hill CubeSmart today - wanted to inquire about the storage spaces. Cheryl was Awesome! She set me up with the perfect storage space that I need, was so courteous & helpful, and did not rush me through the process. She was a true pleasure to deal with - I'm really glad that I went there today.

We recently rented a unit at CubeSmart in Cherry Hill and had a great experience. Cheryl, the manager, deserves special recognition. While our movers were exiting the property, she noticed they had accidentally left the back door of the moving truck wide open. She ran out and stopped them before they pulled onto the road, potentially saving us from a huge loss or disaster.
It’s rare to find someone that attentive and proactive. Cheryl clearly takes pride in her work and watches out for her customers. The facility is clean, well-run, and secure, but it’s the level of care from people like her that really makes a difference. Highly recommend.

I like it, the lady at the desk Ms.Cheryl was a sweetheart! It's a great storage unit to have your stuff in, and I recently found out through word of mouth that they ship the little box to any state that you need if there's a cube smart there!! Dope company, making something inconvenient very convenient

So with round two of my son’s illustrious college years over, it was time for storage. Sounds simple but could get complicated. We walked into the cubesmart near Ellesburgh shopping center Cherry Hill. Our attendant Cheryl was nothing short of awesome as she was patient, cordial, funny and thorough for all our needs. The setup is pretty simple and the place is clean. This is our second time using this location. First time we did everything online. Either way is great but the personal touch is awesome!
