Had a vaccination appointment scheduled 4wks in advanced. Left work early the day of my appointment. Arrived at 2:10ish for my 2:30 appointment. Was told by the register employee that “the pharmacist was not doing vaccines now”. My complaint… I had a scheduled appointment; I left work early and arrived respectfully early; I never received any phone call or email updating me that I couldn’t be seen. (I have a family member who works in a competing pharmacy - and she informed me there are a—hole pharmacists who just chose not to do vaccines, because they don’t want to.) I have a feeling this is the same situation I dealt with considering the employee worded it in a sus way, then changed up the reasoning to “the pharmacist isn’t licensed to do it”, after I told them how I felt. Icing on the cake- I left the pharmacy and got hit by a car a few blocks down the road. Had all this not taken place , I would have never been on the road in the situation to get hit. Add a cherry to this story- as I’m dealing with the accident , police involvement , phone calls, etc….. I get a phone call from CVS Pharmacy telling me I couldn’t receive my vaccination and would I like to reschedule. Since this person canceled my appojntment through their system , I could not leave feedback through their phone app. (How convenient)
I tried keeping the business in town, and support local workers/business.
I WILL NOT BE USING CVS AGAIN.

The absolute worst business model. Customers cannot speak to a person. Trying to navigate the phone system is a joke. So at 69 years old I have to get in my care and drive there to have a simple question answered. People paying half their social security to buy their meds and they can’t even speak to a person. The worst ever. No more customer service at this place or any CVS.

Princess is more like a Queen. She handled everything like a boss!
I’m truly happy to have cross paths with her. Gave me the dopamine that I needed just to have the privilege in talking with her as she kindly assisted my son’s prescription.
Truly an asset to her company.

I just wanted to give 20 stars for Princess, who works at the pharmacy (not sure if she is a tech or pharMD). But Princess has always gone above and beyond- she stayed late helping fill my son's neb prescriptions, and is always so kind and helpful. Very thankful for her.

I would recommend using another Pharmacy. This one is constantly understaffed especially on weekend. I always feel rushed and my orders are occasionally wrong. Very nice pharmacist’s but short on customer service. This is my experience. Yours may vary. I’ll be looking for another pharmacist or better staffed one.

The pharmacist, Jamie, is great. Always polite, courteous and accommodating. She knows our family as customers does whatever she can to make the experience there easy.

I have been going here for my scripts for the past 6 months an I really like this CVS in the Target. Jamie, and all the staff here are so nice and have always answered all my questions with a smile. Keep up the great work and I will never go anywhere else for my scripts. :)

Stopped taking my insurance.... Then started taking it again.... Then stopped taking it. It's like I'm in a bad relationship and she can't make up her mind.... But she's the only girl in town, so I'm stuck with her.
