The pharmacy was very quick on Sunday & allowed me to make it to work on time otherwise I would not of made it back until Tuesday.
The female pharmacist is always so kind & efficient.
Front of the store employee ( Could Have Been A Manager ) helped me because my $ 4.00 coupon wasn't showing on my card. I used all my bonus bucks.
Store was very clean :)

Don’t do pick up orders here. I literally waited nearly 20 minutes for a manager to scan my pickup order (that was sitting there all ready), to accommodate someone with an extremely complicated expired photo coupon issue. How would I know this? I had to stand there and listen to the convoluted tale over and over again. All she had to do was scan it (only a manager can), and she just didn’t want to. Would have taken 5 seconds to move over and do it. Patience is a virtue, yes. Ignoring customers is not. 20 minutes is excessive.

Incompetent is an understatement. Purchased a thermometer on 12-22 that I ended up not needing so, I decided to return it . I used an e receipt to return , but was told that because there is no physical receipt ( why can't an e receipt be used when it states on it that it can) none the less instead of getting refunded the $11.49 back on to my debit card . I was given $8.61 on a gift card for a " non receipt return" this is absolutely unacceptable!!

CVS should choose its staff better, especially the pharmacy manager named WAN, he is the rudest person, he lacks professionalism and lacks human quality.

On 27-Sep-2024, I received a text message from CSV Pharmacy informed me that my order of medication was ready to pick up. At the counter, the girl handed a bag contains only 1 month of supply of the medication. When I looked at the register's counter, I saw the stored charge me a price for a 3 months of supply of the mediation. I told the girl that I usually got a 3 months of supply and not 1 month of supply. Another white male staff checked the order in his computer and said the order was placed correctly. We were back and for for a few minutes. Another the girl then checked the order's history and confirmed the order was placed incorrectly. None of them mentioned about the WRONG CHARGE AMOUNT. They then asked me if I want it. I told them: "No, I want a 3 months of supply". They told me to move over to the Drop Off counter where another girl corrected the charge amount for the current order before she canceled it and placed a new order for 3 months of supply of the medication. When I got home, I file a complaint with CVS and BBB.

Now that they have everything locked up, can’t buy anything cause no one ever comes to unlock it. Not waiting 30 minutes in an aisle for eye drops when walgreens is next door. Watched 3 other customers waiting on other stuff give up and leave the store before I did. Thanks for wasting my time

Attempted to switch a medication to Amazon pharmacy because it cost less. Was informed over the phone by CVS pharmacy associate that if there were an issue initiating the transfer from CVS to Amazon I would be contacted. I’m still waiting- more than 24 hours later. Amazon was able to help- just had doctor send an rx to them and the medication is on its way to my front door. May just have to switch all my prescriptions to Amazon. I don’t even know why I send feedback to CVS because they they’re not using the feedback to improve their processes and practices.
