The worst customer service ever. Pharmacist and all the team are rude, lazy and don’t care about any questions you have. My son needs antibiotics, the dentist prescribed it but they lied ghat the medication is not called in by the doctor. The doctor tried to call them while I was onbthe phone with the doctor and refused to answer the call on purpose. This is absolutely unacceptable for a professional with a license to act this way.
The head quarter of this Pharmacy should address this issues. If there was negative rates, I would give them as they don’t deserve 1 star too.

Sunday hours said 10 sign on the door said we are closing at 9 today. Never seen this in a major store . Good news Target was open until midnight for Christmas and got what I need there for 1/3 the price. You didn’t price gouge me today !

Zero stars.
The pharmacist literally closed the door in my face when I got to the counter and shouted they are closed for lunch. Apparently they close for an uninterrupted lunch between 1:30PM and 2PM. Maybe the app that texted me telling me my son’s prescription is ready should have mentioned that tidbit. I wish I got an uninterrupted lunch daily.
What a disgrace when you’re trying to get medications for a sick child!
They are all standing around back there doing nothing but talking about other employees. The door you lowered isn’t sound proof. All the customers waiting for their prescriptions can hear you.
It wouldn’t have killed him to hand me the antibiotic.
The pharmacy staff here are always rude, rushed and actively not helpful. CVS needs to reconsider this policy if they want to be in the business of taking care of sick people.

Condition doesn’t get any better after using the prescribed medicine, we try to call the clinic, it’s AI answering the phone call endlessly. I finally figured out how to connect to practitioner and it put me on hold forever.

If I could I have this place a 0 star rating. The 2 lady’s behind the counter kept chatting and had a very bad attitude while we waited for 40 min to get passport photos. When we asked here if there was a problem she started screaming. Definitely don’t recommend coming here at all.

An absolute disgrace. Cannot get anyone to pick up the phone ever. The automated machine just keeps giving automated messages. Cannot speak to pharmacy or just a customer rep in the store. A disgrace - nothing else can be said.
