rented skis for 15 year old and 56 year old. 56 year old has been skiing for 46 years and has owned boots from rear entry to buckles...The Tecnica boots were the hardest boots to put on ever. I was then told I had to buckle the boots...the boots that were horrible. when I told the person at returns, she asked if I put them on warm (cold boots are not good) and of course I said yes. I showed her how the boot tongue had to be yanked open...not easy at all. she said Tecnica are the only boots D&Q rents, so if I don't like Tecnica I should go somewhere else. I stopped buckling, and she told me I was not finished. Maybe to her, but I was finished! I called the local competition and they rent K2 boots. Never going back to D&Q as the rental mgr could have been less rude. Not the same D&Q I grew up with.

Great service - friendly and knowledgeable- and fair prices. I haven't been there since they moved from their large location a while ago, but I'm glad I went. They heat-molded my new boots to fit perfectly.

Great place. Huge inventory. Staff was amazingly helpful. Got me set up with a new board, bindings and helmet in an hour. Conner listened to what I needed and gave me about ten different options in all price ranges and styles. Highly recommend.

Glad to see D\\u0026Q open in a new, expanded location. Went in with a boot issue. Rocky gave my feet a full evaluation and determined which boot would best fit my needs. Terrific service. Highly recommend.

We've been renting child ski/boots from here for years, but will not be returning due to unacceptably rude behavior from the manager (or owner?). We were one business day late in returning our 4-year-old's equipment due to him being very sick after our ski trip, and asked for some leniency with the late fees. We were met with a very hostile manager seemingly unable to converse in a professional manner. I've never received such poor customer service, it was very disturbing.

Sales team super helpful. Very patient for those of us who have no clue what we actually needed.Needed goggles and didn’t want to spend a ton. The sales person understood and guided us through proper fit and we were very happy.

I rented my kids ski boards and boots.It was for 3 days and 2 nights for $40.Very reasonable pricing, no charge on the day you rent and the day you return.They will help you choose the right boots for kids feet and do a careful fitting. Highly recommended.

Before I start this review, I would like to shout out the gentleman that helped us today and was left to be the only associate in the store. I’m not sure who manages this store as I’ve seen a lot of young staff when I dropped my boards off, but having all of your staff except one employee attend an (expo) is inexcusable and is not a good practice if you want people to return.I dropped off two boards about two weeks ago to get tuned and waxed, as far as the service both boards looked great and I am happy with that. Picking up my boards was an experience that ensured I will never use this shop again. You already offer restrictive hours as the store doesn’t open until noon, and I’m not sure why you would even open with just one person. There were also no warnings on your website, over the phone, or on the actual door of your store that your hours would be effected by an expo or whatever the excuse is.When we arrived to pick up our boards the gentleman stated he was the only associate and that most services could be done after 3pm when the staff would return. After waiting in line for a half hour to just pick up our boards which were already paid for, he could not locate our boards as they were not left where the ticket stated. After 10+ minutes of us trying to help locate our boards they were on a rack where the rental equipment was in another section in the store. I do not blame this associate at all as it wasn’t his area of expertise and I feel like the store left him hanging to figure things out. When I leave over $1000 worth of equipment with you guys I don’t want the excuse that you have no staff which is not my problem. Your products in store are already over priced and the Jabroni like atmosphere are another reason I’ll find another shop.

Erin was great and has expert knowledge. She got me and my girl fitted in the perfect boots and set me up with the right bindings. Definitely ask for her if you have questions on anything

Always happy with the service and products D&Q offers. They carry relatively smaller brands that are waaay better than overpriced Burton gear.I went in to get new bindings as my boots were not fitting even on the largest binding setting. Brandon sized me up correctly and told me I was in boots almost a size and a half too large. He got me in boots that fit my foot well and were well suited for my snowboarding style.The crew in the tune shop are wizards with the wax, and will keep your boards and skis in tip top shape.In addition to the products, they are also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. By asking for something like recommendations on mountains in various regions will give you an idea of how passionate and dedicated they all are on growing the sports we love.Shop Local!

Blown away by the excellent customer service I received and the level of knowledge/expertise shared by Brandon who helped me secure a board, boots, and bindings that I love. I feel so excited and confident with my purchase after he spent over an hour with me discussing my preferences and needs, and providing a number of options to consider. Friendly, Knowledgable staff and a great selection. They’ve helped troubleshoot equipment issues on equipment they didn’t sell. They’ve advocated for repair, when I was initially on the fence.To say that they put the customer first is an understatement.Anyone looking to get started with Skiing or Snowboarding, the Team at D&Q will get you started off on the right foot. That can save you time, money, and even potential injury.To those have been at it for years, like myself, having a reliable shop that you know will take care of you is becoming harder to find. D&Q has always been there for me, maybe they can be there for you as well?
