Was there this morning, walked by at least 10 associates as i was looking for a Saqoun Barkley shirt, not one hello, not do you need help, nothing. Was there for a half hour. The two ladies up front were so busy talking, they didnt even bother to say hi. Wont be back.

Went here for help with an order I made online and the manager was entirely unhelpful and had an attitude the entire time as if he was the one that paid for my order. He was also trying to imply that the item I purchased was not from Dick's, even though it was sent to me in a package with dick's shipping label and company name on it. I have a receipt in the DSG app for the item, as well as an emailed receipt for the item. Yet he was insisting he could not help me because the item "was not in their system". They basically told me to call customer service and get lost because the manager seemed convinced I was lying about my purchase despite having a receipt. The manager walked over with an attitude saying "here's why I have a problem with this", but I'm the one with the problem, I'm not sure what he's pissy about. Don't like your job? Go somewhere else. I'm the one that paid for the item, and I'm not the one walking in with the attitude.

My daughters who both are track and field athletes were shopping for spikes. The employee that was helping us seemed annoyed that we were asking for help and stayed in the back for extended periods when asked to check for their size shoe. We had to keep calling him back to us as we shop for their shoes because he kept walking away and all other workers seemed to be busy. Thankfully they found shoes they liked this is where the two star come in ??
I also got myself a new Stanley?

Did not have a bad experience inside the store.But when we left,the robotic parking lot cop suddenly shouted at us to disperse and that law enforcement was being called,even though we’d only been in our vehicles one minute and other cars were also in the lot.Very uncomfortable!? edited: Upon researching I now know that those alerts are controlled remotely,I will be returning my small purchase tomorrow!

What's shocking is that there are 20 +'ppl in line and 2 cashiers with 4 associates in view doing nothing. Who is running this store. Ive been in customer service for 20 years and this is bad business... wow I won't be back

The white workers here ignore people of color and only help white customers. Shoppers in general complain about customer service at this establishment but it is 10x worse for minorities. I would give 0 stars if I could. I hope you go out of business!

This store was great ? got a pair of Sneakers ? for my Granddaughter. But when we ordered the Sneakers online to get shipped to the house. They sent us two different Sneakers and two different sizes. Who does that ?? Someone not paying attention or doesn't care about their job. So I had to come back to this store and reorder again. Now waiting again for her Sneakers ?.

Shoe department is awful. Prepare to spend an hours and if you’re lucky, you’ll get to try on a pair or two. Employees will just disappear and not help you. This same experience has happened more than once to members of my family. Better off going elsewhere to actually get some customer service.

Terrible customer service in the shoe department. No customer interaction. They don't help you and direct you to the digital order system to bring the shoes. It takes 20-25;minutes to bring the shoes. They are under staffed! Don't waste your time going!

I purchased online and has it delivered. The Canopy arrived broken. I was still able to open and use it. But the bars were bent so they had to be taped. One wind came and the canopy fell to the ground and I was unable to close it. There for I am out $50. I was unable to get it to close back in the bag. Piece of trash
