My attempts in the last four weeks to make an appointment have failed. I have called six times and even had my provider send over a copy of the prescription and the form that the store requires to be completed. DiGiulio's will not make an appointment without the form. I called back to find out if they received the form and was told the person who handles this would call me back. No result in two weeks. They are very busy as they primarily handle Medicare; however, I cannot give more than two stars since I am unable to get an appointment. I will need to go out of network.

Was treated HORRIBLY by "Eddie" he was huffing and puffing during waiting on me. I actually left my items on the counter and walked out. I called and spoke with the manager "Mike" and he gave me a long war and peace story about how Eddie is his cousin and was going thru a bad divorce and was kicked out of his house and went on and on and on. THEN he told me he was sorry for how I was treated by his cousin. We ALL have problems. That doesn't give anyone the right to be rude.My son was in there last weekend and spent over $300 on 2 pair of boots. After I told him what happened, he will be returning the unworn pair. Sad because I always try to support small businesses. Especially in my home town.

Small business that Carries and offers top brands. Great selection and service. Will be back - So much better than going to a larger chain store where shoes have been tried on and manhandled..

We need an inch increase in one of our shoes. This is one of the few shoe stores that offers this service. They also carry a wide variety of shoes, sneaks and boots.

I purchase a pair of sneakers for work on Saturday in the Cherry Hill location. I wore the sneakers for a couple of hours around the house. Did not like them and decided to return them on Monday. When I went to the store on Monday late afternoon on 06/19/2023, the clerk told me I could not return because they were dirty and worn. I replied, I did not wear them outdoors, but indoors. He quickly added, that I have to get store credit. I said “no, give me my receipt”. He immediately held down on my receipt as I tried to take it back. This is extremely unprofessional and I am doing by best to contact a manager or corporate. Below is a photo of the sneakers two hours later, the same way I was trying to return them

This is my first negative review of anything on Google Maps. My wife and I went here because the owner claims to be a certified shoe fitter for Medicare. On paper this may be so, but in practice we found otherwise. My wife's podiatrist personally called this man before we traveled there to explain exactly what she wanted done. to which he agreed. On arriving there he didn't even measure her feet, just took her shoe to check her size and went in the back to bring out two different style of shoes and professed that these were adequate for the doctor's needs. After showing the shoes to the doctor, she was totally dissatisfied with his selection, saying this was NOT what she specified for him to do. We returned the shoes and his reaction was "...she may be the doctor but He was the Fitter.". Obviously, he knew better what the doctor wanted for her patient. I might mention this was for Medicare diabetic shoes paid for by Medicare. He also added in 3 pairs of insoles at $70.00 a piece. We gave him the shoes back and 2 of the unused insoles with a number to Medicare to cancel the order and left. Came to find out he charged Medicare anyway thus committing fraud. It has been straightened out by Medicare which got it's money back. I would suggest that they recind his permit to sell Medicare shoes to any other diabetic senior at either one of his two stores. There are good, decent Medicare shoe fitters who do an HONEST job.
