Went to the store today and woman asked if I wanted a balloon I said yes I’ll just take that one please and she let it go and said you can get it. If you gonna be rude or miserable at what u do then why are you working 😂 people have no respect anymore it’s sad. Half the place is rude.

Was able to find the items I needed and when you keep up with how much your buying, you can keep the total to a reasonable amount.

Came in today and employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. Extremely embarrassed by the way she decided to talk to my husband and I in front of a whole store of people. If the next people in line are already being see then the people behind them are the next in line to be seen! Never a reason to be that nasty to a person!

Never had such a terrible experience, so bad I had to call the police. The woman there was closing the store 10 minutes early, she was average height, a black woman, with her hair in a pony tail. She was screaming at customers to hurry up and threatened me saying if I’m not up to the front in 30 seconds that she will lock me in the store. I came up scared and she threw my stuff to the side and said “ur not getting these” I had to call the police because there threatened to lock me in the store which is against the law under false imprisonment. They came and I filed a report. I may have to sue. I was so kind to her and she was so mean. She asked if I was paying cash or card before and I said cash then she asked if I could pay card and I told her yes if that’s easier, and she still treated me like trash. Hiring manager needs to hold her accountable and she needs to be fired. I wasn’t the only one she was rude to. Gross, and won’t support this place anymore. Just appalled.

Mgr refused an exchange for two new items due to a lost receipt. In todays economic hard times, I felt she was not only being unreasonable but also over abusing her power as a Mgr. I dont recommend this store.
