I didn’t go to Pearle Vision for my eye exam with Dr. lee, instead I saw him at visionworks in martlton near rastellis. He prescribed me the wrong prescription for both my glasses and contacts. I suffer from moderate dry eye and asked twice to exam that and he said that it’s common for contact wearers to experience those. I also asked about my floaters and he said I’m fine cause of my age (again , he didn’t bother to look).
I feel bad posting this review over visionworks because dr. Alan vo was very informative and helpful to me meanwhile correcting and prescribing me the right power lenses so I have to do it here.

I am sorry for others experience at this location, mine however was superb. I had to return because my doctor( not with For Eyes) didn't get the script right and all the staff went out of their way to accommodate me in my multiple visits. Bill, who was who I worked with on my multiple visits was so knowledgeable in getting my fit and progressive script customized perfectly. He saw how cranky I was about the script being inadequate and made me feel like all would be well. The other staff were also great to deal with.

The tech Tiffany was extremely rude. Needs to learn manners. I should of walked out. Definitely taking the family elsewhere.

HORRIBLE customer service. Went in to get sunglasses which they didn't have. I had a discount coupon which was only good for 2 weeks. They never got the glasses in for that time period. I called the main customer service number and they said they would honor the coupon and would call me back within 24 hours so I could order the glasses...not sure who they called but it wasn't me. I went back to the store finally and they had the glasses..i then ordered them to come to my house..they did come 3 weeks later!!!!..THEY JUST WEREN'T THE ONES I ORDERED. I then called the store and the manager told me to mail them back..AT MY COST. I don't live locally to the store and it's not that easy for me to get back which is why i had them delivered to my house to begin with. I am never going back there for regular glasses and will be telling everyone else i know not to use them also. All this aggravation for a simple pair of sunglasses. America's best just got a lot of new customers when I get done.

On 8/3/19 ordered a pair of reading glasses from the store in Cherry Hill, NJ. When I paid for them, I asked if the eyeglasses had spring hinges. The salesperson said "no". I said then I didn't want them. She assured me that spring frames and the ones I was sold would be similar but might need periodic adjustment; they certainly did. During the Covid 19 pandemic, I could not go to the store as it was closed. Finally, two weeks ago I went to the Cherry Hill store to return the glasses and either receive a credit for the $305.40 or exchange them for a pair of frames that had spring hinges. The salesperson said that I should contact someone up the managerial chain. I called the regional office, which said they couldn't help me. I called the corporate office but no one answered the phone. What kind of management doesn't try to resolve a customer's complaint?

The staff here is so rude. Claimed my doctor was Dr. Hersh and hes no longer there and Took my records with him. Refuse to give me my prescription. Yet had no problem ordering eye glasses for me...with the OLD prescription. I insisted it was not Hersh I saw last..but a younger doctor. Said legally they can't give me my prescription. Yet according to FTC they HAVE to give me a copy. So I am contacting FTC and BBB as well as every single social media site that lists them!

I have many medical issues and I deal with dry eyes and floaters. Dr Hersh has been very thorough in all my exams since seeing him since the late 90s. He addresses all my concerns, cares deeply about his patients, and takes his time to give a thorough exam. He truly is the best I have ever seen and just love him and his true concern for my eye health! I highly recommend Dr Hersh....he truly is awesome! Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr Hersh for over 20 years. He has always been professsional, friendly and trustworthy. He answers all my questions and his prescriptions have always been spot on for both glasses and contact lenses. He has also provided excellent care for my wife and 3 children. I would highly recommend Dr Hersh to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I have my eyes checked every year and have had excellent service from Dr Hersh. I’ve recently brought my teenage daughter to have her eyes checked before getting her license and he and staff at his new location in Cherry Hill did a wonderful job for my family!

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Hersh for 11 years. I keep coming back because he’s both friendly and knowledgeable, and the office is efficiently run. I’m super busy so I don’t have time to waste waiting, but I also don’t want to feel rushed in my exam. That’s exactly what he delivers!

I went for my annual eye check up today. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45. I did not leave until 2:20! They left me sitting in the waiting room. When I finally asked what the hold up was, the assistant said that these appointments take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Hmmm need to me. I've never edited that long. She was rude and gave me the most insincere sorry. It was an absolute mess. The dr was fine but I will be looking for a new eye doctor. My time is valuable even if they think it is not.

They don't have a doctor employed at this location anymore. I was told the doctor took our records but they don't know where. Staff is typically rude and unhelpful on the phone.
