The delivery window is 12-6pm and delivery is right up the road. It is now 6pm and still no delivery. I wanted this for a birthday during the day, at least before 6pm. They are now waiting for the delivery before going out to dinner for her birthday. Customer service has been rude to me, just reiterating the delivery window. I just agreed and said thanks. But I don’t need a robotic response, just talk to me like a human. We are all from the same city. Will never do this again

Eddie made a delivery for me and called to make sure the surprise arrangement would be received by my boyfriend as intended for. He was very patient and waited for confirmation on the delivery because nobody was home to accept it at first. The arrangement was perfect and everything was correct on the order. Thank you to Eddie for making a surprise delivery special for us. I appreciate the professionalism and polite grace you performed with for to make our order flawless. Definitely order from here! You won't be disappointed!

They need to change their time if they are going to close at 5:00pm and not 7:00pm. I placed and order for pickup for 5:30 today. Drove 30 minutes there to see that they were closed AT 5pm even though it gave me the option to pick up at 5:30. So ridiculous.
