Communication was quick and consistent. Options were laid out to help reduce closing costs and were executed even though closing day needed to be postponed which was extremely accommodating. Lastly Lisa helped to press the seller for us to reduce closing costs which was something we did not ask for but she did out of care for her customer. 10/10 experience and the cool, calm, and collected attitude of the veteran loan officer help soothe the nerves of a first time homebuyer.

This was my first time buying a house. To be honest, I am in recovery.And I never, ever thought that this dream could come true, i have worked hard to change my life. The first lender I had went through almost made me give up because it was a complete nightmare.They were charging me a 7.5% interest rate, A crazy monthly payment, just all kinds of things.
