Reliable vehicles and great customer service! I always use Enterprise. The only reason I ever consider another car rental company is if Enterprise doesn't have the car I need when I need it.....which rarely happens.
The interior of the cars are always clean but they could do a better job of cleaning the exterior body and windows. Always streaks and spots on the windows.

People working there are really nice, prompt and helpful.
It seems though in the back they just hose down the car. The car i had was black, and a lot of gray streaks were all over the car. When it dried, it really looked ugly. Also, the seats were dirty, not vacuumed. A few scuffs here and there. It just annoying and gives the impression that the car is driven by a lousy driver/ person. I think Enterprise needs to raise their standards back as they used to be before the pandemic.

I rented after an accident and needed to extend my rental. The company worked and made it happen with no problem. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

All around spectacular! Helped me get a rental super fast, made returns a breeze, and everyone I met was super kind, helpful and friendly! If I ever need another rental, I know who I’m calling ASAP!

I have always rent cars with enterprise company but this was my first time renting at the cherry hill New Jersey location. The experience was traumatizing and I just want others to know whenever your doing a pick up please take the time out and view the vehicle, take pictures etc. in October I went there to pick up a rental one of the associates walk me to the car and showed me around I saw a dent on the hardwood at the front of the vehicle and I point it out to him he told me that it is already noted and the company already knew about it (I did not take photos) I said ok take a photo of the amount of gas as prove because it wasn’t a full tank. Two weeks after it was time to drop off however I mixed up the date I was suppose to drop off on the Wednesday however I went in the Tuesday one day earlier which they did not compensate me for because of some deal they explain that I got (never heard of that before). A few days after the drop off I got a email then a call saying that the front hardwood on the vehicle is damage and they want me to send over my insurance information I reached out to them told them my experience and that someone from the company already told me the company is aware of the hit and that hit did not take place while I had the vehicle, they later told me they already sent over the information to damage recovery and damage recovery will get in touch with me. Two days later no one called I had to call get damage recovery telephone number reached out to them and let them know I can go back at the pick up location talk to the same person that I did the pick up with for him to remind them about the damage since they don’t and again they promise to call back and didn’t. A day later I got another email about sending over my insurance to
them and I decided to give them another call I explain to them the situation they transferred my call where I had to talk to two separate persons and that’s when the last person told me they will take care of it. A few days after I got another email saying everything was taking care of then couple weeks after I received two mail in my mailbox saying they made a decision to take care of the damage which I am going to post. I am asking everyone to be mindful of doing business with these people TAKE PHOTOS, NOTE EVERYTHING I wouldn’t want no one to have my experience and if I didn’t push it I would be paying for something I was told on the first day that they knew about.

Renters beware! I did not think to check the bottom of the car prior to driving it off the lot nor did the enterprise representative do so during our examination. Upon returning, I was charged $2500 to pay for a loose muffler that I had nothing to do with a month later! How can a company hold me responsible for something that they don’t even check for initially? Outrageous and ridiculous. What a scam. Recommend using a different rental company.

Enterprise reps were so helpful and professional with assisting me after my car accident. They were at the repair shop with a rent a car when I took my car for repairs. Didnt even have to go to their location, and the RAV4 was Sweet, loved it. I want one, lol. Thanks for all your help Enterprise and for the luxurious experience.

If I could put 0 stars I would, unfortunately I must put at least 1 star for this to be registered.
On Friday night I returned a car that I rented for a week, everything was excellent with the car, but when I returned it I did it at night and forgot my wallet inside, the next day they called me first time in the morning to tell me that I had forgotten my wallet, the surprise was when I went to pick it up, I appreciate that they returned my wallet with my documents, but THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY (it was simply $40, but they were MINE), how is this possible? I told them that I lacked my money and they only said that they trust their work team and that no one took anything
